Um, no. Did you watch the first impeachment? Many topics, seemingly far a field, were introduced. As long as evidence is germane to , or rebuts the charge, great latitude is the norm. I remember clinton's impeachmernt...it was a cornucopia of tangents.
If the military was indeed tracking , in real time, the election steal, then the impeachment trial would be the perfect venue to share with the public. 2020 election would then be nullified. Scotus could then finally rule on election integrity,( so as to not look like they were pressured by Trump) and a new, clean election could occur.
