If he's dead or seriously injured due to the jab, we should bring it up, not to gloat that we didn't get the jab, but so the psychopaths are forced to stop jabbing and killing more people.

There's some truth to that, but also "Never discount malice when an act is malicious." Some abusers convincingly play dumb or innocent, knowing full well they're abusing you. Giving them the benefit of the doubt can prevent you from recognizing what's going on and protecting yourself.
