Thanks for the effort. Unfortunately, X is loading extremely slowly for me right now but I watched a few.

Everyone is different and the levels in prepackaged powders may not be correct. I figured out that I need to take 400 milligrams of elemental magnesium spread over the day in 3 doses (magnesium glycinate). 4 grams of taurine works synergistically with it. Also a gram of potassium chloride twice a day and sodium chloride (sea salt). Zinc weekly (30 mg) and other stuff as well.

Not feasible. Blood tests are useless because your body robs minerals from your bones to keep your blood levels constant. The only test that gives some indication is a muscle biopsy and you really don't want that.

Nearly EVERYONE is lacking minerals because of modern agriculture methods, so just increase your intake. Do your research.

Two years ago I suffered this. I spent two days in the hospital on a dextrose drip. The cannulas destroyed veins in both arms. Nobody told me that I was simply dehydrated and lacking electrolytes; instead the whitecoats gave me a prescription for statins, beta blockers and anticoagulants to take forever.

I threw it away and did research. Now I take magnesium 3 times a day, potassium twice a day and salt with every meal. I also had a root canal tooth removed, which was causing arrhythmia.

Don't trust the whitecoats.

How vulnerable is a Tesla Megapack to sabotage? Could it produce a non-extinguishable fire? (I'm not a terrorist; I'm just worried about safety.)

Sunlight is effectively free energy. Our bodies use it to convert cholesterol into vitamin D. You can focus it onto food to cook it with almost-free mirror cardboard/plastic. When it shines on your house, you get free heat. (You might not want it but it's free.) Sunlight dries hay, coffee beans, garlic bulbs, cloves, wet clothing ... all for free.

Since we moved away from the UK to a much smaller house, I scanned whatever I could (letters, books, magazines) and copied the rest (music, videos) onto Hard Drives. I brought a VHS player but it broke and I have no tapes anyway.

I resist the trend to make software subscription only so I have several models of Apple Macs (laptops to save space) which I still use to run old software. So far my 2017 MacBook Pro runs later software OK.

I make lots of backups and put the HDDs into storage after 5 years. So far (17 years) I haven't had any fail in storage. I'm worried about SSDs because I read that they have to be "refreshed" every year or two.

M-Disc sounds good but do they make 4TB versions? I suspect not. Last time I looked the had the same capacity as DVDs - about 4.5 GB I think?

I did a search but this doesn't seem to have been posted previously. I thought it very appropriate for this auspicious day.

Happy Independence Day to all Americans!

OK, thanks. I understand your perspective.

u/catsfive As you locked a post that I made yesterday about an earthquake and gas cloud prediction as not relevant to this forum, may I respectfully ask what relevance this entertainment piece has to this Q forum?

Happy Independence Day!

The majority of non-Muslim families in Britain don't actively practise any religion. My own parents rarely mentioned it, although I think that I have a baptism certificate filed away somewhere.

I went to a grammar school, which taught us about multiple religions. I don't recall much because it didn't interest me but I think that it included Christian, Muslim and Buddhist.

The majority of non-Muslim families in Britain need to have both partners working in order to own a home. Sometimes working more than one job. This fact precludes the possibility of home schooling, even if a parent was sufficiently educated him/herself to do so, and many aren't, because the education system is not good (in my opinion). Many of the teachers are useless.

I think it's deliberate so that the people can more easily be controlled.

But don't preen yourself too soon because I look at the standard of English written here by some and I despair. It suggests that education in the US is also poor.

I don't think it appropriate to call autistic people crazy. He is very high functioning and focused. He must have an IQ of at least 170. I find him difficult to follow but a lot of his posts are very meaningful.

Everything that matters to you. Anything that you might want to refer to in the future. Health, survival, Q decodes - information. And organize it because information is useless if you can't find it.

Oh, no! Think of the cost of all that fuel. What about all the CO2? Global warming is sure to double.

I'll get me hat.

Oh, sorry. I thought that the earthquake warning was especially appropriate for anyone in CA. Craig H-P is generally about 85% accurate. He predicted Trump's win back in early 2016.

What about my other post https://greatawakening.win/p/1ATBhKAtdR/ ?

Taurine is apparently REALLY important for everyone's health but the only info I can get is from AI. I'm gonna try it anyway. At my age I need all the supplements I can get.

Thanks for all your good work.

Aircon is everywhere in Greece. You won't find an hotel room without it. (Some guest houses have only fans.)

Legionnaires disease is a real risk from aircon units, although very rare.

Depends on your definition of "plenty". And they were witnesses to A death. As I recall, forensic evidence suggested a female. And living in hiding with illness in a tiny forest house in Argentina was probably not idyllic.

I want to take him to the US to start him on ivermectim and fembezole

Ivermectin, Fenbendazole and Hydroxychloroquine. But you should really use Mebendazole as it can get to the brain, whereas Fenbendazole can't.

To combat the spike protein use Nattokinase. To support the immune system add zinc, magnesium and vitamin D3.

But please research these yourself.

And he inserts "of" unnecessarily as in "alongside of" and "inside of".
