The CIA has a history of funneling money into dark ops, secret programs, etc. The SR71 was one of them. I doubt that well has completely dried up.
If I have my aviation history correct, the Y12 was the CIA's version of the plane, while the SR71 was commissioned to the Air Force. The Y12 was a single seater and rolled off the assembly line earlier in development.
There was a turf battle between the two agencies over control of the program. The Air Force eventually won out. Until, that is, Robert McNamara shut the SR71 down and had all the specialized tools for machining titanium ordered destroyed. He did so in a very clever manner - by being oversight chairman of the program. He presented himself as the program's protector but in actuality was there to mothball it in favor of reconnaissance satellites. He makes an impressive case study of internal power play politics.

There were things the SR71 could do that satellites couldn't at the time, like cover a specific area, or send a message. Things change, and I'm not sure about today's tech. Used to be that you needed large precision optics to get a good image with a lot of resolution. Then someone figured out a way to get images with multiple sensors and interference patterns. How well does it work? Maybe in 10-15 years we'll find out.

In the books I've read on the SR71 the flight paths are always described as skimming the outer edge of the Soviet Union's territory, never entering its defended airspace. Those are two excellent questions, fren. I consider the state of the chemtrailing program as a key deep state indicator test. It helps indicate to what extent Patriots are truly in Control. The hazard of The Plan and Military is the Only Way was and is the fact that our military is divided in its loyalties.
The chemtrail program is definitely multifaceted in its purposes, of extreme importance to them, and heavily protected through layers of Unacknowledged Special Access Program camouflage. In the US evidence points to the operation being run through a combination of the CIA and the Air Force. In Europe and British Commonwealth countries the finger points to NATO. Eight years ago I was on one trip to Austria and one trip to Chile. At the time I was there Europe was fully smothered in chemtrails with the planes visibly in action. In South America over the course of a week I did not spot a single line in the sky.
I remember in early to mid 2018 in his rally speeches Trump mentioned the right to clean water and right to clean air. On July 4 2018 the amount of chemtrail activity dropped precipitously where I live in the Mideast. Others across the country observed the same. We interpreted that as the White Hats taking out some of their supply lines, possibly underground bases. Over the following months the frequency of planes was observed to gradually ramp up, until, by the end of the year, the scourge had returned to normal intensity.

Yes, that would count as the most exotic of explanations. If true the program will be very difficult to halt. Also if true it implies the need a persistent presence of metallic aerosol cover - because they'd not ever want any gaps.
What I observe in practice is that the planes spray a day ahead of an advancing cold front and in the process extend the leading cloud edge beyond where it would normally terminate. Presumably creating an extended cloud shelf manipulates sunlight/heating and enhances the steer-ability of the system. After the rain has ended and the high pressure zone passes over, one to two days elapses before a new set of trails is laid down and the cycle begins afresh.
So to us little people on the ground the direct observables fit with weather engineering being the primary purpose. It also fits with the weather modification treaties between the U.S. and Canada that have been unearthed.
Tracking UFOs might be a highly secretive side benefit. Hard to say. Not all of Cassidy's interviewees come across as credible it has to be said. It's easy to make up stuff.
What uses do you have in mind that are not evil? The obvious one I can think of is diverting hurricanes safely out to the North Atlantic before striking landfall. If anything, though, they hoard hurricanes as weapons.

All of the Cabal infrastructure is still in place (or at least most of it). Most of the Cabal actors are still there. The Cabal plan is still in full effect. We've been watching the same Show for at least 100 years. We are still watching the same Show. The biggest change in that Show isn't the actors or the script, it is that they got a new Director.
"Warp Speed" wasn't about the Covid Vaccine (at least not exclusively). It was about the pacing of the Show. In addition, the "Strings are cut." That means that not only is the pacing of the Show changed, and we got a new Director, but the Critics and Narrators are no longer controlled opposition (MSM is no longer in control of the narrative).
But it's still the same script. All the same things still have to happen. The only way to show the world how bad it really is, is to show it. That means all the same horrible things have to happen, with perhaps some revisions to reduce the harm. Not no harm, just less harm.
The Director (Q) still had to release the Covid virus. The Covid vaccine also still had to be released. Those events have killed millions of people, with more still dying (many to cancer and heart disease), and it was known about completely by Q. Indeed, they directed it. They doesn't mean they caused it. The plan was already in place by the Cabal. But Q allowed it to happen, directed it even, knowing it would cause a lot of death.
It had to happen that way, but "a lot of death" is still less death than it could have been, or probably would have been.
What does that really mean?
How do you show that the world has been controlled by the Climate Change narrative? How do you show that the evidence has been fabricated? You must show it. And it has to be powerful enough to be believed.
I get it. You want to believe that the killing part of this war is over. But I suggest you don't really appreciate who the real enemy is. The enemy is the brainwashing. The Q team is using the tools already created by the Cabal to show what is really going on. That necessitates that things can't be clean.
For me personally, almost my entire family has died over the past 5 years (much younger than they should have). Two uncles died to the vaccine (two brothers within one hour of each other). My mother died less than a year ago to cancer I suspect due to the Covid virus itself (cancer is off the charts in the past few years, even for people who are "unvaccinated"). My cousin (the son of one of those uncles) lost both of his legs because of blood clots from Covid (he was unvaccinated).
I just had two brain surgeries and multiple cancer nodes throughout my body from stage 4 melanoma. I am WAY too young for that. I think it is very likely because of the Covid virus as well. (I am otherwise very healthy, there is no cancer on my skin. The tests suggest that it probably began in my lungs which is very rare (or was before Covid), and I have no history of cancer this young for anyone in my extended family of over 100 people). I am doing well in my cancer treatment from the surgeries and immunotherapy, so don't be concerned about that, but it is a data point to include.
In addition of all the Covid stuff, my brother was murdered less than a week before my last brain surgery (to remove cancer) a few months ago. The person who killed him was a special forces officer from South Africa. That means that he was a Cabal operative (not that I think he knew it). This guy (the neighbor of our now deceased mother's home) was accosting me with basically no provocation. He was drunk and likely intended to kill me (I was basically dying and couldn't talk or move very well). If not for my training in combat and martial arts, I would certainly be dead. He was very skilled. By helping to placate this guy, my brother helped saved my life. I was able to leave because of my brother's help in reducing the violence, but unfortunately, because of further actions by that person two hours later, he murdered my brother. While this isn't obviously directly connected to the Cabal, some of the important details have been omitted, and I suggest it wouldn't have been possible for my brother to have been killed by this monster if not for the infrastructure put in by the Cabal.
That infrastructure is still in place.
My other brother is dying, or perhaps already dead (we can't find him) because of his drug addiction. Drug addictions are blamed on the person, but in truth, that whole thing is designed by the Cabal (specifically the CIA). There is a huge psyop surrounding the drug culture and policies designed to create the problems. There are actual ways to help him (drugs that block the addiction e.g.), but the FDA, medical monopoly, and federal and state policy systems ensure there is no infrastructure to actually help. Q could help, but they don't. They can't. The world has to see how deep it goes, and the only way to see is be shown.
I'm not trying to tell you a sob story. I am at peace (mostly). I am saying all these things because I hope you appreciate that I understand the cost of this war. I understand that Q could be doing something but they are not, because we must see. We must ALL see.
We must be shown.

I have been on the fence about chem trails.We get some jet streams,but I had never seen them disperse.Looking back,I had seen dispersal.I just did not realize what they were.The 28th of July,we took the kids swimming.I watched numerous jet streams from and disperse.Much more than usual.We were at lake Merideth in the Texas panhandle,at the spill way.I was redpilling the wife on chem trails,so I paid more attention.Absolute dispersion,numerous and predominately to our west south west.A week later we have the Guadalupe river flood.Seems mighty coincidental.
