Same for me. I operate on about 4 hours of sleep daily. Maybe somewhere I have a relation to Trump. However - he is still much older than me. He amazes me.
There's things you can do. Hyperbaric chamber and some other things can be taken to help. Yes, it's amazing what he could do.

I live on the East Coast but I have nights where I may wake up in the middle of the night. Lie there for awhile hoping to go back to sleep, if not I either get up to read or get on GAW. Sometimes I only get 3 or 4 hours of sleep a night.
It's because of all the One Big Beautiful Bill stuff going on in Congress in the wee hours of the morning.
And all the conflicting reports I keep hearing about it on other wins.
