Unfortunately, she is a citizen of the United States “by birth “ which makes her a “natural born citizen.” Were she not eligible to be president, she would not be constitutionally eligible to be vice president.

She is rabidly anti Trump , therefore rabidly pro communist.

I think this just shows that they want more time. It’s inconceivable that Biden will remain as a candidate.

So, SCOTUS has affirmed immunity for “official acts” . Now I’m pretty sure that we have to wait for lower courts to determine what “official acts”are. One step in the right direction.

Agreed. I hope he doesn’t choose her either. I’m just afraid that he may go down that road.

They couldn’t exile Trump. He’d have immunity 🤣

He won’t resign. It will be a cluster “F” trying to get rid of him. And the 25th Amendment would remove him from office but it wouldn’t affect his ability remain a candidate. This is going to be a mess for the democrats.

What do you mean by”in favor of Trump “? I think that they will rule that for “official duties “ immunity stands but acts that are outside of official duties are not covered. Trump would be protected but others may not. (Biden, Obama, Bush, Clinton)

I love Ben Carson and have the utmost respect for him. I don’t think that he is VP material. That person has to be prepared to step in as president at a moment’s notice. He will be good for a cabinet position. It’s probably going to be a woman. Maybe Tulsi Gabbard switches parties.

Brian Cates basically stated that it is too late to swap out Biden already based on party rules and state laws as well as campaign financing.I completely disagree. The democrats will either change laws and rules or simply ignore them. They have already done this with COVID, election laws and even ignoring SCOTUS rulings. And they could raise plenty of money in short order.I’m certain that they are already getting their ducks in a row.

She’s wrong about two things at least. Agency employees do not normally change with a new administration. That Is why they are sometimes referred to as “the permanent government “ or “the fourth branch of government.” Trump intends to fire them if elected and clean house. Also this ruling does not empower corporations. It simply puts the burden of regulation on Congress where it belongs.

This will not age well. People should realize not to speak in absolutes. The democrats will change or ignore any applicable laws or rules in their way and swap him out at any point in the process. What I didn’t see coming was Chip Roy (RINO) helping them out.

That’s just it, they want him to back out. No backing out!

The story says that the cctv system was turned off at the request of the FBI. That’s way different than them physically turning it off themselves or “ordering “ the system turned off. Trump representatives should have refused to turn the cctv system off.

So , do you really think that they won’t have that covered in his plea agreement? Quite naive.

“Judgement “ is the final order filed with the clerk.
