It felt like forever before we were able to bring her home with all of the heart monitors and oxygen tanks in tow. It was a scary time. She’s almost 4 years old now. This time will pass and your grandson will grow to be strong and healthy by the grace of God. While he’s there it’s so important to have someone with him as much as possible. Human touch/presence is vital in this time. Hold him if you all can, talk and sing to him as much as possible. You and your family will get through this.

Whenever someone is tasked to deploy/TDY outside of the US they must meet all requirements in order to go. If the country they’re traveling to has a vaccine mandate, guess what. It’s time for another shot or receive punishment under the UCMJ for not following orders resulting in the member not being qualified (failure to maintain readiness) and missing the deployment. In the DoD world, the Space Force is considered and treated as a department of the Air Force. All Guardians are former Airmen (with the exception of a very few select former Marines). Every Space Force unit is a former Air Force unit, just renamed. The vaxxes have been mandated for Guardians and deadlines to be fully vaxxed are the same as Airmen. Sorry bros. The missiles only “missed” by not killing anyone. Nearly 20 ballistic missiles from Iran struck Al Asad Air Base, all right along the flight line. They were all aimed with the intent to take out as many aircraft as possible. Sucks for Iran that we knew they were coming and the only thing that wasn’t flown out was a broke-dick medical helicopter that didn’t fly anyway. The missiles also hit some sleeping quarters, maintenance tent hangars, and the weather bros trailer. No lives lost, flight line still intact and operational. We were ready for them. I’m not “fact checking” GEOTUS here. But the idea that Iran shot their wad into the abyss as an empty show of force is just wrong. Fuck Iran. They blew the shit out of my favorite gym that night.
