Nikola Tesla died in 1943, and that was the end of his technology, such as it was. So many people believe there is more---but no one has any idea what it is. Or where they have any evidence. He might as well have found the golden pot of the Leprechauns, for all the meaning it might have, or all the good it can do for us.

Belief in the release of "Tesla technology" is the modern counterpart of the "Cargo cult," in which ignorant natives held out the hope that their "ship would come in."

The microwave oven was introduced in 1947 as an outcome of wartime radar research. The first plastic corneal lens was produced in 1939. Arthur C. Clarke first described the architecture of a geosynchronous satellite communication system in 1945. The Incas freeze-dried potatoes in the 13th century, modern refrigeration means were available by 1927, and it was used broadly in World War II. The first solar panel was available in 1881, but the modern design occurred by 1939. The rest might as well be credited to NASA. Nuclear reactors date from 1942. The south pole of the Moon was selected for the Artemis mission because of the expectation of finding water, not deuterium (we have plenty of deuterium on Earth).

NASA invented a lot of things (including Tang dried drink), but not everything. A lot is due to the ICBM development programs.

The Space Shuttle program was ended because of the Columbia disaster in 2003, when subsequent analysis established that the system was inherently unsafe. It is nonsense to say Obama destroyed research and gutted NASA. NASA had squandered 30 years in failing to develop a follow-on system. It is probably also true that Obama was interested in scuttling U.S. capability in various areas, such as terminating (with prejudice) the production of the F-22 air superiority fighter and canceling/scrapping the successful YAL-1A airborne laser. None of this had anything to do with "soft releases of advanced Tesla technology."

Don't read too much into the historical fact that large-scale highly-motivated efforts often produce technological spinoffs. In World War II, we got nuclear energy, ballistic missiles, turbojets, and radar. In the Cold War, we got the Apollo program. This is still going on. But the advances are only sometimes publicized.

Interesting. Pre-World War II Poland was governed by Jozef Pilsudski, a figure very similar to Hitler in terms of autocratic control, and not necessarily a nice guy. But Roberts seems to omit the Battle of Britain (1940) in the question of who was first to bomb protected cities. Also, Hitler refrained from using poison gas out of personal repugnance, having been a poison gas victim on the front in World War I. According to my father, who lived through the times preceding World War II, the culpability of FDR in the runup to Pearl Harbor was understood by many.

It is also helpful to read the history of the "other side" during the same periods.

I don't know what the grief is over Gorka. He has always been an incisive realist and Trump supporter. You don't like what Gorka may have said about Q? Get over it. Without Trump, Q is only a footnote in a very obscure history. If he has Trump's confidence, that is more than good enough for me.

Married three times? But...but...that would be President Trump! These days he would be hailed if he precipitated three abortions.

You are; either mistakenly referring to the SR-71 Blackbird, or to some other presently unknown aircraft. The Blackbird was common knowledge before 1970. I and a friend saw a rapid contrail that year, which we timed and estimated to be at Mach 3, and there was only one aircraft capable of that.

Don't doubt you? I've only been in the advanced aerospace business for 40 years, and keep my ear to the rail. Why should I believe you, when you seem to get your information garbled? Lots of imaginary technology touted on this page.

I have come to accept that the media is nothing but a noise channel, to prevent us from being informed. There are some rare exceptions...which only proves the rule. Not hard to keep a population docile if all they are hearing is babble and elevator music.

This one is named "Oreshnik" and is supposedly derived from a predecessor RS-26 "Rubezh" IRBM. You appear to be correct about range tinkering by adjusting warhead weight, which is what was demonstrated with the RS-26.

You have to understand the Secret Language of the Deep State, whereby "Democracy" = tyranny by Democrats. So, OF COURSE Trump is a "threat to Democracy." I thank God for that.

  1. Various churches have maintained various beliefs. I don't have any reading of Scofield or dispensationalism. Condemnation of "the Jews" is not doctrine of the Lutheran Church Missouri Synod, which preceded Scofield, and all you are doing is invoking an argument from authority, which is a notorious rhetorical fallacy. ("JudeoChristian values" is a reference to the Ten Commandments, if it refers to anything.)

  2. It was not the "last chance" for all the Jews who came to Christ during the period following Christ's crucifixion. Nor is it ever. You talk as though Christ's crucifixion was not pre-known and expected, yet Jesus was at pains to predict that this would be exactly what happens. Without it, we would not have the demonstration of the New Testament in his blood and body.

It is not up to you to determine the fate of the Jews. It is up to each one of them. You have no hand in it. They are not yours to condemn. (And Luther's writings on the Jews are about the least recognized of his far more relevant works.)

Well, I don't know who "Kappy" is, either, and I guess you will be the last man on Earth to enlighten me. What is this snooty attitude that "If you don't know arcane item 'X', I sure as Hell will not tell you"? I thought we were here to share information, not see who's taller.

Are you kidding? The battle lethality ratio has been about 7:1 in favor of Russia. They have been taking their time in order to accommodate Ukraine's desire to throw waves of troops against their fortified positions, all to be killed en masse.

The time will come when having the biolabs intact AS EVIDENCE will be useful to illustrate crimes against humanity on the part of Ukraine and the United States. Russia has gone up against a fully-fledged NATO surrogate---trained and equipped to NATO standards---and shown them to be incapable. NATO is watching this and gulping...except Poland, which seems unbelievably eager to join the fray. The Baltic countries are of no account.

Forget ground-based lasers. Cloud cover will defeat them completely, they are not powerful enough, and they will have no effect on re-entry vehicles which are already designed to survive a high-temperature environment. (Your speed reference is unintelligible. I think you mean to say 2.1 miles/second, or 3.43 km/sec.) Their apogee altitude will be approximately a quarter of their range distance.

Real as death. I was on the program.

Edit: I checked dates. The last flight of the YAL-1A was 12 Feb 2012. It was grounded until September 2014, when it was scrapped. Other laser systems were in development concurrently. Good thing you had a hill in the way!

You are just shopping the Bible for passages to quote. Jesus was a Jew, his family was Jewish, the Apostles that he chose were Jewish, those who followed him were Jewish, and the first church of Jerusalem was Jewish, as were the churches in other cities, including Rome. The Epistles were written for Jews (notably the Book of Hebrews).

You, on the on the other hand, continue to conflate condemnation of Pharisees with condemnation of all Jews. They are still open to the New Testament and the Bible does not declare them closed from it. Moreover, the injunction of the Bible is for every believer to be open to every unbeliever and not judge, lest ye be judged. They may live in darkness---for now---but it is not for you, nor anyone, to construe their situation as a call for condemnation. They are to be pitied. Plenty of Gentiles living in darkness, too, out of pride and paganism, but do we cut them off or remain open to them?

Except that it was an intermediate-range ballistic missile, which would have been known "by the looks of it" from a ballistics standpoint. We need to learn not to slurp up inaccurate descriptions from the press or the sloppy commentators.

"Reportedly"? Where? By whom? Is this even a real thing? There's a lot of salivating going on. (But it makes sense if he figures he is on a sinking ship. If he wants to advertise a show of heart and offers states' evidence, it would ring false if he wanted to cling to the last instant. Instant resignation would be his earnest of intent.)

Means nothing. Impeached, not tried and convicted. Innocent until proven guilty in a court of law (i.e., the Senate). Trump got impeached twice, and we rightfully shrug it off. What is sauce for the goose is sauce for the gander.
