I keep seeing/hearing this: "...he (Obama) likely won’t face prosecution due to presidential immunity protections." But, my understanding is that the immunity only applies to OFFICIAL ACTS and THIS is/was not an official act. An official act would be balling the the national guard during civil unrest, or bombing another country after they acted against us, but, ordering a new intel assessment to show what they wanted the US citizens to see so they would turn against the president is NOT AN OFFICIAL ACT.
As someone already mentioned, there are some organs that are only viable with circulation, namely the heart. If there is no brain activity but the heart is still pumping (artificially), most organs are viable.
That means there are signs of life, but no brain activity.
I have a family member that had an UNEXPECTED heart transplant 9 mos ago. There HAD to be signs of life (heart pumping) in order for it to be viable.
It was a weird feeling: grateful to get the heart but sad that another family was grieving the loss of a loved one. We prayed a lot for both.
If documents were signed by autopen without FJB's knowledge or approval and it is proven that those actions were crimes, I wonder if the same would extend to the judges that were nominated to any bench. Were they valid? If not, can they be removed?
The 14th Amend has a clear statement that explains it all:
"...and subject to the jurisdiction thereof..."
Case in point, Native Americans were not considered US citizens because they were subjects of the Chief of their tribe. So, although they were born in the US, their parents were the subjects of the Chief of their tribe. It wasn't until the "Indian Citizenship Act of 1924" that they were considered US citizens.
So, if a child is born in this country but its parents are subjects of another jurisdiction, it is NOT US citizen.
That is how this argument should be resolved. PERIOD, END OF STORY.
Not only has Trump been playing the dems, he's showing the reality of other countries.
I don't understand how people can think it is OK for us to pay thousands in tariffs to other countries and we should just lay down and take it. We've done that for far too long. I think his plan is beyond reasonable; I would have done 100% reciprocal - you charge us 30%, we charge you 30%. He's being too nice, IMO.
What about the 100-yr minerals deal he signed with the UK in Jan?
And, someone needs to look into his meeting with the D's before he went to the WH.

My understanding is that there was a pilot that was conducting training, a more senior pilot observing the training, and a crew chief that was on board if there were any mechanical issues. There were 3 souls on board but only two were pilots, not three as has been reported.
The names of the crew have been reported.
The plane was based out of Mexico City but I believe the company is US. This company is an air ambulance company flying patients in/around S. America, the Caribbean, and the US. They were flying a female pediatric patient, and her Mom, back home to Mexico after she received life-saving medical treatment at Shriner's in Philadelphia.

I find it interesting that the test was developed BEFORE C19 and even the woman that created said it did NOT test for C19. Yet, it was used throughout and many people died because of it.
