People are panic-buying TP again (PA). The grocery store is limiting TP and paper towels 1 per customer and the shelves were picked over. Other than the yogurt and hot pockets, I haven't noticed any other bare shelves. Bought more frozen veggies, canned items, and shelf-stable milk.

Feels like watching movie subplots come together... Tim Canova is on. Blast from my Bernie Bro past.

I fucking hate that argument. Proper socialization is learning how to interact with people both older and younger than you, in a variety of settings. Aka what you DON'T get at government school.

Statistics, specifically. In high school they pushed the algebra II-trigonometry-calculus sequence and didn't encourage anyone to take the statistics course at any point, which would have been far more useful for everyone.

Social (things like abortion) as opposed to an economic conservative (what everyone is when it comes to their own money).

Let's tell everyone to get 50-70% of their calories from grains.

Illness increases in the general population.

Clearly it's meat and butter killing everyone. Go vegan!

If he works from home, how are they going to stop him from working? I would ignore the demand and keep working and see if they fire me.

I haven't seen any shortages where I am. Starting to think this is another attempt to create panic buying.
