Not sure where the car was in the pond. I find it curious that the car was quicky returned to the family. In fact, I believe it was the same day without any discussion of an investigation. So I have no doubt if there was evidence to be acquired from the car, it has been removed.

Given the barrier at the end of the downhill driveway, there is no way the car could have rolled into the pond. Now, if there was enough clearance between the tree and the barrier to thread the needle letting the car through, I don't know. Looking at the aerial photos there doesn't appear that the car would have had access from that driveway. It was the only place around the pond where there is paved area. She could have been off-road and reversed it into the pond - especially if stuck on the turf and tried to accelerate to dislodge the car, going in reverse instead of moving forward.

The bottom line is that we may never know what really happened. But there are too many koincidinks to dismiss this as an unfortunate accident. The hoops they jumped through to avoid over attention here in the US and in China to make this story go away is suspicious in itself. China's version of the events was outright fake news - given by a news outlet not known for such reporting. But, the chief editor is a personal friend of the Chao family. Too many strange things associated with this story.

The Chinese brand BYD that China attempting to import into the US through Mexico are really bad. China is trying to bypass the tariffs imposed on Chinese cars by taking advantage of NAFTA. BYDs have a major design flaw where the battery hangs lower than the undercarriage of the car exposing it to road hazards that can damage the battery. The EV fires in China have become common place and they want to export it to the rest of the world.

From what I saw on an aerial view of the property, and the pic shown on this post, is the only part of the pond accessible to the driveway appeared to have a small barrier at the end of the driveway with trees on one side and a building on the other. That the car would have to go over that barrier to end up in the pond. There didn't appear to be any other road access to the pond. The driveway also went downhill towards the pond. None of it makes sense.

I lived in a part of Orange County called Little Saigon and I remember those drivers well. Many of them were so small they could not see over the steering wheel and needed booster seats. Definitely serious driving hazards.

Those kinds of drivers are not uncommon in the Far East like China - especially the elderly driving little EV cars called a Happy Grandpa that are basically a glorified golf cart. You don't need a license to drive one and it ends up being a free for all in the cities. I remember a Taiwanese coworker that took me on a short drive to show off her new car. That was one of the scariest rides I had ever taken. I could not get out of her car fast enough. She was really sweet, but a really bad driver.

I watch the lab techs sometimes as they try to draw blood from people. With some draws they seem to have difficulty. I am sure it is vaxxine related inability to get the sample. Other than in hospitals, the phlebotomists at the local lab have such a high turnover rate that those that have started working within the last 3 years have no idea what normal blood is supposed to look like. To them all these clots are the course of normal business and the new norm. I have also been curious about tattoo artists and what they are seeing. I heard some time back that the tattoos were not bleeding as they had been in some people.

There are two ways in which a person is considered a natural born American citizen. The first one is obvious - to be born in the US. The second way is any child born abroad to an American citizen is automatically an American citizen from birth and not a citizen of the country where they were born. This second way is the citizenship standard for most other countries. Simply being born in a particular country does not give citizenship rights. Citizenship is based upon the citizenship of the parents. A natural born US citizen is a person that does not have to go through a naturalization process to become a citizen - they are citizens from birth. The children of American citizens that live abroad, whether for business, military, or diplomatic service, are American citizens from birth. Therefore, as long as one of Shiva's parents was an American citizen at the time of his birth, he is considered a natural born citizen. I do not know anything about his history to know whether this was the situation. So, if he does not meet the criteria in either case, he cannot hold office.

There were lots of those idiots from SF and the Bay area stuck on I80 near Donner Summit thinking they could cross. This was after a week of blizzard warnings not to drive over the summit.

The Chinese never have original ideas - they can only copy what has already been done by someone else. Unrestricted warfare and payback for the Opium Wars.

Angela Chao was heavily involved with the CCP as the CEO of one of China's largest bulk shipping companies. No business of that size operates in China without the blessing of the CCP. I am sure it was just a coincidence that her sister Elaine ended up being transportation secretary under Trump - no doubt one of many dirty deals Trump had to make with the old Turdle. In addition, Angela had been on the board of the Bank of China where she was a guarantor of loans made to the now bankrupt Evergrande which recently has been forced into liquidation by a Hong Kong court. Lots to uncover with this Ponzi scheme when it comes to US creditors. Shortly before Chao's death, her husband Jim Breyer, a huge China bull, suspended his company's investments in China due to the DoD's sanction list of Chinese companies tied to the Chinese military. Both Angela and her husband had deep ties to the CCP up the wazoo. Nothing to see here. Watch the wives.

China will take the contract for repair because the Houthis will leave them alone. We have always suspected that the repair lines China puts down have spy devices. Was this the goal all along? Asymmetrical warfare.

Just had another X6.3 solar flare from the area we are watching - AR 3590. CME unlikely. It is appearing that this sun spot is busy.

I didn't have problems either. If this was a broad event like what they are trying to fear monger, it would have taken more phones out than just AT&T with a few outliers. Something else all together is happening and they may need a diversion or a distraction - also a bit of preprogramming.

We had two X1 class solar flares yesterday from the same sun spot - AR 3590. There were NO CMEs produced by this flare activity that would have ejected material towards earth. They were simply non-earth facing flares so there should not be any disruptions to cell service. The radiation storm from a solar flare only affects the sunlit side of the earth in the direct path of the storm within minutes unlike a CME that ejects material and can take a few days to reach earth. Sometimes the radiation storm from a flare can impact navigation systems and radio - but not cellular network communications and the power grid. We are continuing to watch this particular area as it faces earth. Nothing to see here. It is unlikely that disrupted cellular communications can be attributed to the currently reported solar activity.

They are mostly Dems and the Republicans that are there don't seem to do much. Thank goodness our Legislature only meets every two years - although the Dems are trying to change that. We did have a legislature a few years ago that was one vote shy of a super majority for the Dems. Why? I blame the Republicans. For years the Legislature had more of a balance between the two parties moving by a couple of seats either way every few years. Even our US Senators represented both parties - one of each. With the recession the Republican controlled Legislature, at the instigation of the RINO governor, pushed through a business margins tax. This unfair percentage allocation levied against certain classes of business hit smaller companies really hard. Of course the hospitality and tourist industries had a very low percentage - think casinos. The passage of this tax simply ate up the narrow profit margins of these small businesses. It was shocking the number of of them that closed in the following couple of years. Some of these local shops had been around for decades and were a familiar sight in the community.

The voter backlash against the Republicans was huge. The Legislature swung Dem and has not changed. I had the opportunity to speak with a couple members of the Legislature that were present at the time and asked them what the hell they were thinking when they voted for that piece of crap. I was not impressed with their answer. The governor pushed it and assured them it would be okay despite their concerns. They knew it was a bad bill but voted for it anyway. Now we have the Dems in power and once they get a foothold, they don't let go. They rig the system even more than it was before. It is Nevada after all.

My voter history from both the Nevada 2022 midterm and the 2020 primary shows that I voted by mail. I have always voted in person. Shenanigans afoot. The fraudulent and stolen 2022 midterm placed the current Secretary of State in office who says that the problem, now brought to their attention, is just a glitch. Not only that, but I went to vote in the recent Republican caucus and I could not. Nevada has a closed primary and somehow my voter registration listed me as non-partisan. WTF? The poll worker told me that they had seen several people unable to cast votes because of a different party affiliation. I have been a registered Republican for years. So make sure about your voter history and your current party. Make sure it is accurate.

Take nothing for granted. We know the steal is going to have to be on an unimaginable scale for them to pull it off again. Unfortunately for many Republican voters, we don't see the corruption and fraud until after the fact simply because our minds don't work that way. We have to get ahead of them before they can do the damage. No doubt we will see more of the same crap they pulled before, but on a much larger scale.

Any food product you purchase that contains water is probably from a facility in a municipality that uses fluoridated water. So even if there is a filter for drinking water, people are still getting fluoride from processed food and beverages. I read a study over 20 years ago that checked the fluoride levels in baby and toddler foods. It shocked me how much fluoride was in products that parents feed their children. The meat products were the worst. Sodas and other soft drinks are not good either unless you know it was bottled at a facility where the municipal water supply is not fluoridated. That is the case where I live that has a 7up/Dr Pepper/Snapple bottler located here. We have fought hard over the years to keep our water unfluoridated.

I checked my voting history and it says I voted by mail for the 2022 midterm and the primary in 2020. I have never voted by mail. I would suggest that all voters check your voting history in your appropriate state. Nevada Voter Registration information

I think you may have hit the nail on the head there fren. NY is not a very friendly business or investor climate.

I also wonder how many of those property investments are linked to imploding Chinese real estate developers and investment schemes? They may want to divest themselves before the house of cards starts to fall. Downtown LA is stuck with a huge Chinese rotten tail development project where the developer went bankrupt - Oceanwide Plaza. The taxpayers are going to end up paying the check for doing something with the eyesore. Chinese real estate development is in a tailspin and it reaches overseas. The decline has been evident for years, so smart investors have been decoupling before they get caught up in the tsunami of defaults and are left holding the bag - especially pension funds that in the past have held a significant share in Chinese equities.

This kid already had issues mentally and the school capitalized upon it. A boy with an eating disorder already speaks of body dysmorphia, so it is not a huge leap to move to trans with a little push. I am sure if the parents were already seeking help through the traditional psychological and social services establishment there is a good possibility this teen was also on psych meds - and none of them are good, especially when given to kids and teens. I would bet money that this teen when placed in the system was probably given meds because that is what the system does. This boy may have also been given hormones as well.

However, this recent problem did not simply start with the issues currently being fought over in court - that are indeed very serious with ramifications far beyond just this family. What led to where they are? It begins with a series of events that often start before birth. No doubt the kid was probably pumped full of all the poisons on the childhood vaxxine schedule given the fact that this teen was in a public school. Safe and effective, right? Add to the toxic injections, the psychological and hormonal dysregulation caused by all the plastic related environmental xenoestrogen exposure in combination with a plethora of processed food additives, and you have a recipe for exactly what has happened here. One thing leads to another. It is all a step by step coordinated attack to destroy our children which in turn destroys our future - as a nation and as humans.

This is a war for our children and it needs to be thought of tactically in exactly those terms. Inaction is not a defense strategy and will not save our children anymore than closing the front door will save you when the bombs start to drop. Parents, protect your children first by educating yourself about the enemy and the weapon systems this enemy uses. Take children out of the meat grinder public school system that will turn their brain to mush along with monitoring screen time. Public school however is preceded by the damage from environmental toxins such as a bad diet and childhood vaxxines that then can lead to issues that may require more poison from medications. When did we as a society start to accept children on meds as "normal?" Any parent that is not defensively proactive against this assault is burying their head in the sand by thinking that someone else is going to fix the problem or it will somehow go away on its own.

I am not dissing on these parents. They are more than likely good people doing the best they can based on what they know. However, this poor kid is a mess and it did not happen overnight and it is being compounded given the current situation inflicted by the government and its minions. This is not an uncommon state of being for many of our children and young adults and it is starting to become generational - with each generation becoming more dysfunctional than the previous one. This problem at its root is not an issue over religious rights in the battle against the nanny state - this is just a symptom of the underlying disease. At is core lies a much deeper problem that is not being discussed concerning what is happening to our children's mental and physical health; a problem that leads to many heartbreaking tragedies like what has occurred to this family.
