What's the point of "Certifying" the votes, when they later find a "Glitch"?
Seems to me that the "Certification" was done fraudulently, so either the Certification needs to be retroactively withdrawn; and/or some parties need to be prosecuted for the maximum punishment allowed by both State and Federal Law.
They have been doing this for decades. Why do you think cities come report in last? They need to see how many people they need to vote for to get the results they desire.
I remember watching the results of the GA Senate race live. There was something like 10% of the ballots left to be counted, and the Rs had leads that 10% could not overcome. Then POOF, when the polls closed, that number jumped to 20% left to be counted. Guess who got damn near all of those votes.

Call your county's registrar of voters. Mine didn't show on the Secretary of States site in 2020, but the county had it. Nevada is pretty screwed up though. I don't trust any of them.

I checked my voting history and it says I voted by mail for the 2022 midterm and the primary in 2020. I have never voted by mail. I would suggest that all voters check your voting history in your appropriate state. Nevada Voter Registration information
