ElLagartoPitor is a brand new drug that we're just gonna say does this one thing. May cause urgent bowel movements, flatulence where people pray for your soul, myocarditis (WINK), Asian Sudden Sleepy Syndrome, and an urge to vote Democrat.

Do not take ElLagartoPitor if you are allergic to ElLagartoPitor.

Let's make sure that every single one of those people has their Security Clearance and any entrance badges revoked, please.

I was watching a video from someone I respect who was explaining how to make a pie crust and he said to mix half butter and half vegetable shortening.

Yeah NO.

It's got to be leaf lard.

Vegetable oil is a perfectly fine substance for lubrication for some things.

But not for food.

Yep, I was going to write "leaf lard" but thought I would be a little too nerdy to do so. Glad there are others who know. :)

Well, he did say "Ashkenazi". That is different from Sefardim, Mizrahim, etc. So he did put the focus on the Ashkenazim. However, to your point, he did not refer to them as Khazars. Which, for now, is probably a step too far through the Overton Window.

But that is coming.

Cool. I always just assume supermarket lard is hydrogenated. Will look for it.

Excellent! I need to find a good source of real lard.

And yes, when I saw that Salatin was being brought into the Administration, I swear I almost cried a tear. Heal this land. Heal this people.

The natural oils are not loaded with Omega 3. Also, the seed oils are typically extracted at very high pressure and usually the process involves some chemicals you would not want in your body (benzene, etc.).

Meanwhile, your body has been eating tallow for 200,000 years, so it knows what to do with tallow.

P.S. If you think tallow is great for fries (IT IS), for Christmas buy yourself some duck fat and make fries with that. Stupendous.

EDIT: I should add that this year I found duck fat at Walmart. Blew my mind that Walmart has duck fat.

No Republic has survived much past 250 years.

So we decided to have a second revolution inside the confines of our government, to get ourselves another 250 years.

Makes sense.

Btw, I do not think the Haka is, per se, a war dance. Polynesians were to some degree not often coming into contact with outside forces, because they populated remote islands. And even NZ is two islands and has some fairly robust territory that would to some degree keep tribes away from other tribes.

So the Haka was, if I understand it correctly, a greeting to foreigners that was also intended as a show of strength. A sort of "Welcome, but see our fierce warriors and do not attempt to abuse us." In rugby the All Blacks have in some ways turned it into a War Dance, and referencing your post here, I think some traditionalist Maoris have some reservations about that idea. But it makes for good television, and it may help to win matches (psychological warfare).

Yes that was why I sent it. It would gladden my heart if you would see yourself ... in them.

P.S. If you are unaware of this ceremony, I suspect you are unaware of "Once Were Warriors".

Please watch.
