Reverse osmosis is the only reliable filtration. Inefficient with water, as it only yields about 20 percent of the water and flows about 80% to the drain, but is effective in eliminating everything with a molecular weight greater than 18.

Facing your own incompetence can be depressing. At his level of incompetence it could be extremely depressing.

35K is pretty high for a roof. Does the wood decking need to be replaced or just the shingles?

A couple of the metal roof companies were soliciting for houses for them to install for free to use in their ads. Maybe you can find one of those in your area.

That's an angle I hadn't thought of. Makes sense that a crowded field would favor Trump, who easily has at least a slim 50%+ majority. Your post makes me feel better about the schismatic effect of a potential DeSantis run.

Burning vinyl chloride produces Hydrochloric acid and Phosgene gas. Phosgene was used extensively during World War I as a choking (pulmonary) agent. Among the chemicals used in the war, phosgene was responsible for the large majority of deaths. Phosgene gas is heavier than air, so it will not rise and disperse - it will consolidate in low lying areas.

Train is burning east of Cleveland, about 300 miles northeast of Cincinnati. It is about 100 miles southeast of Cleveland. Prevailing winds east to east mean neither Should have any airborne contamination.

Railcars are generally owned by leasing companies that own the cars and lease to the railroad. I'd imagine this arrangement arose as a way of improving ROIC of the rail companies by offloading a large asset base to a third party. Unclear to me who has ultimate liability in the case of maintenance-related disaster.
