Yes, all of this is true, especially the fact that the doctors working on nagalase and GcMaf were all murdered. We need to get back to producing it. We need to get this information out there, because our kids are being ruined by the vaccines.
"All disease begins in the gut. Period. Full stop. Also: You are what you eat. Two truths that have been forgotten. Eating fast food: Fast track to death. Humans require 50 essential nutrients for proper body functioning. 50!! Do you have any idea what they are? Find out and make sure they are included in your diet. Plus, fruits and vegetables contain 8000 different plant nutrients which have different benefits in your body. Veganism equals fasting. It is not meant to be a lifelong diet, as many of the most important nutrients are found in animal foods. There has never been a vegan diet followed by a group of people anywhere on earth - until now. Don't adopt this nutrient - deprived diet if you wish to be healthy. Again, it is fasting, i.e., forgoing the richest and often tastiest foods for a period of time, as with a Lenten fast. Orthodox Christians fast from these tasty foods for half the year, but we get them during the feasts! We don't shy away from the good stuff, just fast for spiritual reasons. Last Tuesday we ended the Apostles' fast, and at the luncheon provided for the faithful, we had cheese, ice cream, milk, and fish. No meat, since monastics never eat meat, but we had that at home. I always go for a hamburger, first thing! So, know that eating vegan is not the best for you.
Yes, good advice. When you are in a helping profess, Iion, you have to be able to say to yourself, "It isn't my life. I am here helping." So, if it's not your life, it's not your problem, and you get to go home and be with your dogs and family and all that. It's not about you, you are there to help them. So you can walk out and be OK. You must be able to resist taking anyone else's problems onto yourself, or you will go under and burn out. It's not being cold, just discerning as to reality. It's like false guilt, which many people live their lives trying to correct. I say, "What was your sin?" And they look askance at me. I say, "If you cannot locate any sin for the guilt that was wrongly heaped on you, it is false guilt." Get rid of it!! Say "No". We all know when we sin, and we should feel guilty. If there is no sin, there is no guilt. It's simple. What is your sin?? Can't think of any? Get some ice cream!!
And there you have it, frens!
