Shit. They took my money for protection I didn’t need. They negotiated us to a ‘net loss’ with every new contract. They protected liabilities. And THEY always said not to help the company by taking step up positions…. But then they’d take those same positions. Unions are grifts.

I had a $44/hour union job. It sucked so I moved to a $46/hour non-union job where the company picks up the tab for health/vision/dental…. Wtf does the union even do anymore?
