total side bar to your side bar, but anyone else notice the reporter looks like a linebacker? Until I turned the sound on I thought she might be the he you were referring to.

WOULD BE NICE, esp if too many to replace... but the flip side is that is what happens in corporate mergers :/.

Let's see where they go.

#18 his community needs to protest! If he "damaged the pump" with clear coat, fine -- vandalism and fine appropriate to the damage. Proof required.

Otherwise, everything else seems associated with the manner of arrest.

Agree to disagree.

If by forgiveness you mean to absolve another of their sins, or allow them to stay in relation to their victims so they can make it right, I heartily disagree. This opens the door for good men to do nothing while evil men have their pleasure.

Do not conflate the power of God with the power of man.

there is great debate on this issue. No one can say with absolute certainty they are correct. That is another mistake of the human emulating God.

Forgive as ye seek to be forgiven is holding others to the same standard.

Do you honestly mean to tell me that God expects us to forgive murderers, rapists, torturers? He can -- because he knows what is in their hearts, he can trust his judgement. We CANNOT know what is in someone else's heart and the sociopath will exploit the "forgiveness" angle as long as it works for them.

As far as what Hell is -- there is great debate on that as well.

So we disagree. I doubt we will each persuade the other, but probably we are both good enough people to atleast make it to the gates of heaven -- God knows our hearts. I do not believe his standard is so high that only the sainted who can forgive the most heinous acts make it to heaven.

Sticky!

We cut off Disney years ago. 2016 was a big cancel culture year for us.

The agenda to change our society to one that focuses on sexual experience above all else couldn't be more obvious at this point.

I don't know. They are hypnotized by their own distractions, distortions, and rage.

the only things i see on the horizon that could do it are a mass die off, loss of internet for a week, supply chain issues causing actual hunger ...... even then, I'm not sure.

many are invested heavily in being right and view their suffering as a badge of honor and more proof that they are right.

Ah, you are a thinker that is for sure. Much thought given to the efficacy of presentation to protect oneself.

Having given much thought to the line of discussion we are on and running it through my own filters (as we all have them), I realized that I have never fully embraced the point of it all as forgiveness or even love. I could not articulate my dissent from this philosophy very well until today, but realized that I have been articulating my dissent for years.

That is before we discuss forgiveness, we must be dedicated to Truth. For without leading with truth, our desire to resolve emotional pain can trap us into believing something is "true" to increase our comfort.

So if you will only change because you get something out of it, that is self serving. True contrition is the expression of doing the right thing REGARDLESS of your gain. While exploiting someone's selfishness to change behavior may be pragmatic in the short term, it does not change the heart. God will forgive you -- but a person's forgiveness ought not to be the motivator for change.

Moral adherence and benign intent can go hand in hand. The failure to forgive the sociopath will not keep a person out of heaven. However, holding onto grudges over minor misdeeds reveal a selfishness that will certainly keep you from focusing on the big picture, thus moving you away from God.

Again, I assert, the criminal has no entitlement to human forgiveness -- in fact, his willingness to change because it is the morally correct thing to do regardless of his discomfort provides much greater opportunity for spiritual growth and maturity.

Quit infantilizing the sinner.

thx for listening.

Thank you for posting this article. I have been wondering about someone I grew up with and thinking that the vax made her tendency towards depression and anxiety worse -- hard to know as she is very private, but she is now somewhat mia despite some shared concerns we have.

not much i can do because any truths i share that disagree with hers (no matter how gentle or neutral) are evidence of anything but being accurate.

Position me as the bad guy? Ha! I gave you a path to keep your energy supplies ....

How can the world deny a vendor the right to link their product to their currency? Would that also reveal something about the control and games played with money?

we had an interesting discussion about the weaponry used by those who want to rule the world. Uncertainty is one of the weapons -- yes, there are weapons causing death. The ripple effect of so many unknowns (what is really causing death, how can I stay safe, who is really the enemy?) results in so much uncertainty that people are paralyzed. Instead of focusing on what they know and moving forward, they escape (even further) into their distractions and take no action. None.

Many of the people here are holding the line -- that's different (depending on how they go about it, of course).

i hate updooting this, but I think too many believe they can physically tolerate the violation.

Even adult females are often severely damaged, but it takes more to actually cause death.

#25

who will win the position of controlling all of the world's resources as CEO of corporate governance (WEF)? Xi? Putin? Someone else?

The U.S. is being positioned as a prize, winner takes all.

Certainly, unless someone with a huge pair of gonads is in office, I fear we will be handed over. Even then, there is no guarantee that the U.S. won't be handed off .... setting us up for some interesting times when HE comes back (not talking about Trump here).

i like to think so! :) Of course, I think you are on a similar path....

we just finished discussing the role of forgiveness, righteous anger vs. sinful anger and what Jesus meant when he was talking to Peter about his brother. His ACTUAL brother! (I never knew!)

It is a good article.

I have speculated that "5g" towers have great potential to be something other than what they tell us and that blasting something from them seems very doable and very dangerous.

I have observed birds struggling in the sky on more than one occasion-- disoriented.

Thankful I am somewhat isolated and praying that we find the answers.
