This article reviews supporting evidence in the literature that has shown that consumption of abundant alkaline-forming foods can result in improvement in bone mineral density (BMD) and muscle mass, protection from chronic illnesses, reduced tumor-cell invasion and metastasis, and effective excretion of toxins from the body.

In addition, a large number of studies showing the benefits of alkaline water (mineral water) have revealed that people consuming water with a high level of total dissolved solids (TDS)(ie, with a high mineral content) have shown a lower incidence of coronary heart disease (CHD), cardiovascular disease (CVD), and cancer and lower total mortality rates.

Consumption of alkaline water also may prevent osteoporosis and protect pancreatic beta cells with its antioxidant effects. In addition, this article discusses the literature that shows that reducing digestive-tract bacterial load can play an important role in increasing blood alkalinity toward the normal upper limit.

Alkaline diets can help alleviate a vast array of health issues.

And an easy way to “alkalize” your water is adding lemon juice.

Even though lemon is acidic, your body becomes more alkaline processing it.

I love how the very first thing that internet searches tell you about Manuka is “not medicinal”.

But then you find out there’s a patent for manuka bandages for wounds.

I really believe they are satanists.

While they are evil, they follow rules. They tell you what they are doing in advance, and they want you to consent.

They’re like vampires you invite into your home.

They could have snuck poison into the flu shots and not told anyone. Or even just poison the water supply. But I think they want you to knowingly take the covid vaccine for some reason or another.

Iodine is incredibly important for managing your hormones.

Right?

The answer to his question is ironically “yes”.

But the heart attacks are in people who shouldn't be having them.

How often did 28 year old athletes have heart problems before this? Statistically zero.

Good plan.

Raise her for a few years, then start collecting that sweet sweet dog milk.

Reverse osmosis has ruined all other water for me.

I know a lot of people who love Berkey filters, but I have one and RO water is hands down better.

And people will probably complain at me that I didn’t prime the filters correctly or whatever. I have. I did everything they said. I’ve replaced the filters several times. I use Berkey for cooking and emergency water, but RO is best.

Interesting. I’m weary of coseva because they have an MLM structure—generally those companies are scams.

How long have you been using it?

Correct. You should fire any doctor who pushes a tetanus vaccine without contact with animals or wildlife.

Tetanus lives in the intestinal tract of animals.

The reason it’s associated with deep puncture wounds is because rusty nails are traditionally found in old farming areas.

It’s not the wound, it’s the introduction of animal fecal bacteria, which can live in the soil for years.

The tetanus vaccine also doesn’t build immunity fast enough if you get it after the wound, according to their own numbers.

The vaccine related injuries for the tetanus vaccine are greater than or equal to the amount of hospitalizations from tetanus during their peak.

You are better off not getting the shot, and if you are infected with tetanus, receiving antibody serum.

Please take this opportunity to investigate all vaccines.

They didn’t just start the propaganda this year. They have always hid the downsides and exaggerated the benefits.

It’s so frustrating that people see the obvious corruption with COVID, but still trust the other garbage they’re pushing on us.

I agree with you.

With this same logic, pharmacists would be able to give us placebo pills instead of ivermectin or hydroxychloroquine because “the scientific consensus” says these pills are dangerous.

I don’t know what I would have done in her position, but it’s wrong to lie about what medical care people are receiving.

The original was about Fauci too.

They cannot legally say that.

Trials have not been completed yet.

Look at your average drug commercial. They need to spend half the time talking about the side effects, and must put tiny disclosure text at the bottom.

Why are vaccines not held to the same standard?

Things that make you say hmmm.

Calling something a vaccination is a quick way to get someone to defend it.

Even though vaccinations are like any other drug, and can cause permanent harm and even death.

They have always lied about vaccines. And anyone who questions vaccine safety is labeled an Antivaxxer.

All vaccines should be questioned.

It’s really sad to see so much obvious propaganda behind these vaccines, yet people still defend the whole industry.

Vaccines manufacturers cannot be sued for faulty products.

Vaccines contain aborted fetal cells, human and animal tissue, heavy metals, carcinogens, and more.

Recent studies have shown hundreds of possible contaminants.

Efficacy for common vaccines is as low as just 25%, such as the flu shot, and can never provide herd immunity.

Vaccines can cause neurological disorders and death. VAERS has thousands of reports for other shots.

Now, you may weigh the costs vs benefits of vaccines and still decide to get them, but most people who have actually read safety studies have been labeled as “Antivaxxers” for decades.

No one should get any vaccine without informed consent, and they haven’t been giving full disclosure of side effects for years.

GMO corn was only studied for 30 days before it was approved as safe.

One scientist fed it to lab rats and they started growing weird tumors after a few months.

The journal retracted the study, even though they admitted there were no flaws in his methodology or conclusion.

Now, it may have been a fluke and GMO corn may be perfectly safe.

But these companies harass journals and use cash to hide negative studies.

The correct solution is to perform even more experiments to minimize harm.

But now saying just that is considered “anti-science”.

Even if that were true, we have the death rate from the first year of the pandemic where NO ONE was vaccinated.

So the unvaccinated death rate is .03% for all age groups. Even if the vaccinated rate is 300 times lower (which it isn’t), who cares? It’s negligible.

Because these fuckers will never leave you alone.

If you retreat, they just solidify their strongholds, then begin encroaching again.

They just took Nevada through fraud, and now they have permanent mailed ballots.

They will move to any state, seceded or not.
