And I wonder if they could actually arrest anyone who carries "legally" under the constitution without a state permit at all. I have lived in Maryland for my entire life and really didn't know we could wear the handgun out for the public to see (we still needed a permit) but that was strange. I am not certain that is still legal and I have not checked into it in a few years about 4-5 years.

I understand what you are saying, but my thinking still is about the earlier days, much of what you stated I knew-women didn't get the right to vote until much Pater. Now, the Dems want to open our elections to have illegals voting. Plus they want to "stuff" the ballot box and no one who might win will have a chance. The entire system is screwed up. I know I would like FREE and FAIR ELECTIONS, but they, the Dems, keep trying to keep power and until people get charged and punished-America may not get that. Of course the Dems/Commies are rigging the election in California. What else are they doing out there? They, haven't been punished yet (nothing from their past actions, so they think it is legal, but know it isnt). I will agree with you, but nothing states that the voter has to be informed on the subject of the vote. It would be nice to have that luxury, but alas no one thought no one who wasn't informed would vote, so I guess we are stuck with the system we have. There seem to be RINOs coming out of the woodwork, whenever they need them, the Cabal is there with enough of them to override legislation that is important. Sad and despicable.

Sad to say, over the years a lot of "firebugs" who like to set fires, have joined fire departments as volunteers, over the years. I can remember they were arrested and convicted in court.
