Its been this way for a while now. This isn't anything new. Just look at any restaurant right now, from local to national chains. They all have signs and messages saying some items may be temporarily unavailable. Prices are really high on certain items to curb demand due to shortages. This has been happening for a year. Nothing has changed. Same thing as is going on in supermarkets.
A movie being the only one in theaters has happened before. So while it's odd, it isn't out of the realm of possibility. What is completely unusual is the timing, the type of move, and the fact that there has been little to no advertising about this movie. If a big blockbuster movie was going to buy out theaters, you can bet they would have an advertising budget to match. Something is definitely up. The other strange thing is, none of the theaters in my area look like they're returning no any semblance of normalcy the entire year. All that is listed after the 6th of January is old/classic movies, concerts/orchestras, or scary movies. And most of the theaters are only showing movies 2 days a week. Go ahead look at the entire year of movies in the future. Are they telling us we will only be able to go out on certain days?
Same thing happened to us. Talk to very few friends anymore. But thats okay. Someday I am hopeful things will return to normal and my family will come around again. Its hard to stay upset with them once they realize the errors of their ways. Family I can forgive, but friends are different. Friends are showing their true colors and most won't stand by your side no matter what. Its sad!
This is simply getting ahead of the story. Instead of losing control of the whole Covid Narrative, and Big Pharma losing sales; the White house is going to say that we need to learn to live with Covid. They are going to acknowledge that the Omicron variant is weaker than previously thought and that a new round of Vaccines will be coming out to protect you.
It's all about how they spin it. If they lose control of the story, they stand to lose control of the trust the world has in vaccines. They know this is waning anyway, but if they spin it correctly, they can get the sheep to submit to 3 more shots.
It will now go to the school district level to determine who enforces masks. All it will take is 1 district in PA to get sued over masks and lose; just 1... and all the others will follow and not enforce masks. At the district level they are all afraid of lawsuits. Its going to happen. There are 59 that can still try to enforce. There will be immediate suits filed.
I contemplated this exact thing a few days ago. I don't know if it would be allowed in court, nor do i know the laws surrounding testifying against your own girlfriend/spouse/ common law, etc... but boy that would be some fireworks. Might open up a whole new problem for whomever let him/ broke him out of jail. I bet he did flip and take a deal, but I doubt that information can or will ever be made public for obvious reasons
I think its all part of the show. Yes it will be struck down.
