I contemplated this exact thing a few days ago. I don't know if it would be allowed in court, nor do i know the laws surrounding testifying against your own girlfriend/spouse/ common law, etc... but boy that would be some fireworks. Might open up a whole new problem for whomever let him/ broke him out of jail. I bet he did flip and take a deal, but I doubt that information can or will ever be made public for obvious reasons
