Easy peasy, print and sign. Not positive but I believe most states offer a similar exemption.

Folks don’t understand the importance of this mask issue, and why non-compliance is so critical. Contrary to popular belief, the mask mandates are not over, they are active in practically every medical service office. So long as this “little” issue of masking continues, nobody has liberty.

Fact is its impossible to tell from any of the screenshots the exact details and physical attributes, until this very flag is thoroughly interrogated in person, most of these absolute proof comments are pure speculation. Fabrics are not solid, they are porous and light passes through with a mesh effect, a black fabric star, backlit with white light, in a foreground shadow, would appear to be a “shade” of white. If it were a blue backlight, it would appear to be a shade of blue. What is obvious is that this flag was intended to have a peculiar appearance as viewed from the front. The time and effort poured into this posse speculatus was mostly wasted energy. This should definitely put the subject to unrest.
