Magnesium Taurate is the one that helps most with HBP. Theronate is excellent also.
When it really matters I buy vitamins by Mercola. I like PURE also. There are a lot of good ones out there but I have seen a lot of doubt cast on certain batches of certain brands.

I have become a big fan of the electrolyle drinks. But only certain ones. I mix some myself with Redmond's real salt , pottasium and magnesium. Some people add citric acid but that can be an irritant to your bladder.
i like the Flav City electrolyte mixes.
I only use filtered water. And then cool it in the refrigertor. If you've read about "structured water" this cooling process accomplishes that too.
I also take magnesium theronate and taurate. I CAN NOT BELIEVE HOW MY BLOOD PRESSURE HAS DROPPED from taking a magnesium supplement. And I now know several other people who had high blood pressure and or a variety of heart arithmias that have solved those problems by simply taking a good magnesium supplement. The brand and type is importatnt. Doctors tend to prescribe magnesium supplements that do not help with cardio health.

A notorious car accident that killed 6 construction workers was an eye opener for me. Much initial reporting stated the driver(s) were intoxicated with myriad drugs and alcohol. But when the final NTSB report was released the only drug of impairment in the driver’s systems was associated with Marijuana.
