It is disingenuous to "sanitize" what occurred with all this, agreed, but I suspect the podcaster wanted the focus firmly on the demon judge and only for his imposition of the stipulation that custody of those kids required they get jabbed and how that resulted in destroying the little boy's life. His gist here seems to be parental rights, judicial overreach and body sovereignty.
Also, the podcast guy may have based his video on information he saw about this incident which may not have included all the nasty divorce proceedings and sleazy lawyer maneuvers the article speaks of. I've seen too many households destroyed during marital problems where one or both parents use the kids as pawns. The children suffer and incidents like this one are heartbreaking.

As I heard/read it, neither parent wanted their kids jabbed - hence why the kids were NOT jabbed prior to the divorce. Those kids had never been "vaccinated" and the mother, prior to being given the ultimatum by the asshole judge, did not want the kids vaccinated as you claimed. The judge was, effectively, forcing the jab on the kids by stating that whichever parent agreed to "vaccinate" them would get custody. The mother caved in so she could get custody of the kids. The video and transcript use that exact language - she "caved in".
If neither parent had agreed, who knows what the malevolent judge would have done - perhaps force the kids into foster care (and they'd, I'm sure, be happy to acquiesce to the evil judge's demands to have those children jabbed). The mother did not abandon the kids; the parents were given an untenable choice. If it were me I would have fled the state with my kids and gone to an attorney who would fight for both parents' desire to not have their kids jabbed regardless of marital status.
You also claim she initiated the divorce, that she abandoned the kids afterwards, that the kids' father is paying her child support. Tell me where in that video or the transcript ANY of that was stated. Maybe I missed it, but on looking again I still don't see it. Give me a time stamp. Or did you get this from a different source? If so, provide the source for your claims.

After the youngest needed around the clock care because of this, she LEFT and he still PAYS CHILD SUPPORT TO HER.

Not the brightest bulb on the Christmas tree, there, comrade. On some levels it's hard to feel sorry for even these true ideologues. When you're consumed by an overarching desire for virtue-signaling while throwing common sense and reality out the window, things usually end up in a bad way like this example.
It's also ironic that she attempted to turn to the police - "instruments of the oppressors" (/s) - to intervene in her self-inflicted dire situation. Ultimately she's just a product of her indoctrination - brainwashed to ignore reality and embrace an ideology that leads only to her own enslavement and destruction. The puppet masters behind this ideology know exactly where it will lead; it's part-and-parcel of their raison d'etre to lie, deceive and destroy humanity.
This is a harsh lesson for this young person. The saving grace may be that she appears to be young enough to be able to learn from her mistakes and still have a decent future ahead of her if she drops the stupidity.
While I'm all for this -- because someday in the not-so-distant future (hopefully) the public will be made aware of this as truth bypasses the walls of censorship and deception from the FNM -- if it just results in a slap-on-the-wrists or monetary fines, the NJ public will be effectively paying for the financial penalty portion out of their tax dollars. We need to somehow get to a point where wrongdoers, the individuals themselves, are held accountable with prison time and ALL of their assets seized, liquidated and paid back to those harmed by their actions. Both the corrupt politicians and those making decisions to allow this to occur in higher "education" (indoctrination) administration need to be highlighted in a way that the only jobs they'll be able to get in the future are street sweeping and industrial facility toilet cleaning.
I understand this is focused on changing the anti-American policies these beasts have adopted, but it shouldn't just end there. This bodes very well for defeating the DS demonrats in future elections.
This article highlights two metrics - one is a twelve point decrease in demonrat advantage in the black community over Republicans (from 63% down to 51%) and the other an increase of approval rating for PDJT from black voters (from 12% to 16%). Some who have left the left have not moved to the Republican side, but it still speaks volumes that they've walked away from the demonrats. It tells me the truth is getting out and I'd guess much credit can go to podcasters (especially black ones) who are shining the light on the insidious demonrat party.
Upshot - blacks are waking up to the deception and fraud that is the demonrat party. I suspect much of this has to do with the issue of illegals having been given precedent over Americans. I also suspect this trend will continue and even accelerate over the next few years. Once it becomes more commonplace for blacks to freely proclaim they're Republican/Conservative (or at least not demonrat) more in the black community will be open to considering whether their stereotypical historical choices to align with the malevolent left had been wise. There have always been solid Conservative, prominent blacks (eg- Thomas Sowell, Larry Elder), but their messages have been downplayed by corrupt FNM while manipulative narratives and lies have flooded from FNM to the black community.
We've got a very long way to go across the board on practically all aspects of society -- "education" (indoctrination), judiciary, political/governance, medical/pharma industry, censorship, immigration, financial fraud, the Constitution (including this/2A), food safety and production, foreign relations and trade, regulatory issues, taxation, fake news media, corruption in some LE organizations and 3-letter agencies, cartels/drugs/human trafficking and plenty more.
Every win, no matter how small, is a step in the right direction. I'm hoping that after the midterms -- which I expect will diminish the left SIGNIFICANTLY -- we'll see bigger, more substantial changes for the better. Right now it feels like a death-by-a-thousand-cuts strategy where the beastly left is being hit from all directions and thrashing around trying to determine which issue(s) to focus their feigned outrage on as they desperately try to hold onto power while their financial foundation is being dismantled from underneath them.
Patience and prayers. We'll get there, but it's going to take time. You don't dismantle a centuries-old evil cabal web of destruction and death in a matter of years, but rather decades. I'm guessing the 2A issues will continue to be addressed through at least PDJT's current term and into the next. There's a lot that has to happen with the judiciary and blue state political power structures to clean them out before 2A can be fully restored. (imho).

I know several who continue to choose ignorance over truth. They believe what they want to be true and truth-be-damned if it opposes their desired fantasy world. The same people who ignored our warnings, wouldn't read the info we sent them, etc. Not until their tell-a-vision tells them will they take it seriously and even then I wonder if some will choose not to believe they had themselves and their children injected with toxic experimental drugs that are causing serious harm, injuries and even death. From what I've seen there's little to no desire on the part of the Chicken Little (the sky is falling!) "climate change" devotees. It provides them with an opportunity to virtue signal and they've never been willing to actually listen to and consider positions which contradict their desired narrative.
To admit that this was a scam since the start, they'd effectively be admitting that they'd been gullible and that they were never "more caring" than those who've tried to talk sense and real science, facts, to them. For many of them, virtue-signaling is so fully engrained in their psyche that it's part-and-parcel of their very identity. Thinking, considering opposing viewpoints, evaluating from a broad range of sources, etc are all far too much effort for those who just want to "feel superior" to others - so truth/reality be damned in their eyes.
