There needs to be consequences for judges that make unconscionable decisions. I don't mean removal & disbarment I mean REAL consequences. Making a child autistic is up there near murder, isn't it? Even if the judge can claim he didn't know better, involuntary manslaughter is still a crime. Why is the judge still at large?

There are people out there who have jumped through hoops to get into Native American family courts to resolve issues during custody disputes because those court systems do everything with the actual well-being of the child in mind.
The better solution is to fix our family courts to make them be actually pro-family.
Maybe we could start by making lists of family court officials and noting who runs them and the general consensus on them, with the understanding that a lot of these people need to be replaced.

It’s not that anyone is a dullard on it, everyone kinda knows they’re bad, so much as that it becomes memorably obvious how bad they are when you know someone who goes through it, especially when they move to a decent jurisdiction.

As I heard/read it, neither parent wanted their kids jabbed - hence why the kids were NOT jabbed prior to the divorce. Those kids had never been "vaccinated" and the mother, prior to being given the ultimatum by the asshole judge, did not want the kids vaccinated as you claimed. The judge was, effectively, forcing the jab on the kids by stating that whichever parent agreed to "vaccinate" them would get custody. The mother caved in so she could get custody of the kids. The video and transcript use that exact language - she "caved in".
If neither parent had agreed, who knows what the malevolent judge would have done - perhaps force the kids into foster care (and they'd, I'm sure, be happy to acquiesce to the evil judge's demands to have those children jabbed). The mother did not abandon the kids; the parents were given an untenable choice. If it were me I would have fled the state with my kids and gone to an attorney who would fight for both parents' desire to not have their kids jabbed regardless of marital status.
You also claim she initiated the divorce, that she abandoned the kids afterwards, that the kids' father is paying her child support. Tell me where in that video or the transcript ANY of that was stated. Maybe I missed it, but on looking again I still don't see it. Give me a time stamp. Or did you get this from a different source? If so, provide the source for your claims.

I stand corrected, anon. I listened to the video and read the accompanying TRANSCRIPT, not the article which I just saw OP had linked in a separate comment. When you said "read the source" I took it as the video-transcript. You're correct and thank you for your persistence.
The video mentions nothing of what I questioned you on so, yes, it appears the video "conveniently omitted" the nasty parts of the cited article.
I just want stuff like this to be in the public conscious, because it truly is abhorrent what judges and average people are able to do to destroy other's lives. And it's disingenuous for the video not to mention any of it!
It is disingenuous to "sanitize" what occurred with all this, agreed, but I suspect the podcaster wanted the focus firmly on the demon judge and only for his imposition of the stipulation that custody of those kids required they get jabbed and how that resulted in destroying the little boy's life. His gist here seems to be parental rights, judicial overreach and body sovereignty.
Also, the podcast guy may have based his video on information he saw about this incident which may not have included all the nasty divorce proceedings and sleazy lawyer maneuvers the article speaks of. I've seen too many households destroyed during marital problems where one or both parents use the kids as pawns. The children suffer and incidents like this one are heartbreaking.

Unfortunately as others who have been through divorce know, the welfare of the kids sometimes gets left behind during vindictive events. The mother was more than willing to get the kids vaxed to suite her winning custody. Can conjecture that she was willing to do or say anything to win custody and associated child support.
So a judge listens to 'the science' and questions why the children have not been vaxed. The father states he doesn't believe in it. The mother on the contratery says she is willing to vax (to get custody).
SHE takes them to a Dr who gives him 17 SHOTS IN ONE DAY! This was NOT mandated by the judge! Yet in these discussion nobody ever digs into who was the Dr and HOW CAN HE POSSIBLE THINK IT WAS SAFE?? Mom only interested in winning custody cripples her child for life. Dr WHO goes unnamed as the agent for this catastrophe.
There is much more to this story, including how the mom hid their sons condition from the dad (for almost 2 years).
To easy to blame the judge and absolve both the mom and the Dr who facilitated this.
Take away is that vax's are dangerous.... this we know, and I personally know this 1st hand for over 30 year!!. PERIOD. Mom is guilty! Dr is guilty! Judge was the agent to facilitate their totally inappropriate execution. He carries this cross, while the mom and Dr go blameless.
