If it is not a LAW, then it isn't enforceable. LAWs are made by Congress and must be Constitutional.

Not going to happen for 2024. It will happen for 2026 and beyond. If you listen closely to Trump - we have to overwhelm the (remaining) cheating with a MASSIVE vote turnout. I believe the same protections used in 2016 will be used in 2024, and probably then some - but some cheating will almost certainly happen. You have to get out to vote and bring 10 people with you.
