My neighbor bought his house for 775k with a 2.8% rate around the same time I just bought mine. Our houses have gone up in value to almost an even $1m. I've kept my sub-3% rate while he just remortgaged and took out 300k in equity to buy an RV and wound up with a 7.5% rate. What a fool.

Wasn't he arrested for not moderating cheese pizza on Telegram? That's what I heard on the news and on X.

Yep, if you go read the BMI site, the DNC and RNC might be violating the terms and conditions because not only are they using the songs live, they are broadcasting them on TV and digital video sites.

So, they should be suing both Kamala and Trump to stop them from violating terms.

They didn't lie, it's not how that works, go look at the FAQ on the BMI site. Their label puts all music on there and if you see someone you don't want using your music you can send a letter and tell them to stop. It's a pretty standard licensing agreement. It works the same for almost all of these services.

I'm not going to nitpick here, but yeah Trump has said false things. In a rally I was at Trump said he signed Veterans Choice which allowed vets to get better health care. Well, I know that wasn't true because I started using Veterans Choice back in 2014 when it became law.

“We’ve got Choice approved,” Trump told a Fox-affiliate reporter in Michigan in January of 2018. “I mean, nobody thought we could possibly get Choice approved. We have Veterans Choice approved.”

But, https://obamawhitehouse.archives.gov/blog/2014/08/07/president-obama-signs-bill-give-va-resources-it-needs

I know Trump is not a big liar, but there are things he said that aren't true, so yes, he has made a statement found to not be true.

Ok, I'm sorry, there are so many things to call this crazy woman out on, but this post is absolute bullshit.

Just look at the card that the opinion piece is using as evidence. It declares she lives in westmount, but it doesn't have any address at all for their home. The address on there is for that mom's employer, which is in a nice neighborhood. But, it doesn't mean that's where they lived.

Has anyone here been to Montreal? It's a shithole just like the french cities it copies. I was there for work a few times in the late 70s and I hated it. It was like San Fran nowadays, just dirty and full of gross people.

I'm going to let the whole assumption that working at McDonalds means you are wealthy because ... wtf? Wealthy kids don't work at McDonalds, wealthy kids work at their parent's friends businesses and don't do shit except collect money.

A simple search showed that her mom lived there for a year or two and Kamabla almost immediately moved back to the US to go to Howard which is an all black school.

I swear these posts are honey pots to make this board look stupid. Someone posts the easiest bullshit to verify and then people turn around and share it without checking and then some liberal dipshit googles two things and can rightfully call us idiots for sharing it.

We know way better than this. Also, how is moving to a place for a few years of high school "where you grew up?"

She lived between Palo Alto and Berkeley when she was growing up, both of those places were solidly middle class back in the 60s and 70s, and both cities had huge black populations, as well as Indian and White populations.

Pick your battles and verify everything before you post it because this is getting dumb and we can't afford to look stupid.

seems like it and it's crazy that so many women agree. My wife has six sisters, and she told me, after I told her about this, that she is the only girl in the family that doesn't bow down to kamabla. Last year we had a big family trip with all of the sisters and they were all wearing MAGA gear, so I don't know what the hell is happening with them.

I do some work once in a while in DC and I've befriended some locals that are on our side so I have drinking buddies while there. One of them works for a major contractor that does finance stuff with the government and he shared on TG that there have been rumors of AI videos of Trump doing awful things that are going to emerge and be very convincing to the lefty losers and I hope people see through that stuff.

Last night I went to my weekly poker game at my friends house and his wife had about a dozen women over and they were all watching the DNC quietly in the media room off the back of the house. I could see through the window what they were watching and half of them would clap and laugh and I thought they were making fun of it all until my friend said his wife had gone fucking crazy and was rooting for Kamala to win.

This was a woman that I stood side by side with at a Trump rally last year and she was excited by the energy and flat out told me she was so ready for four more years of Trump. This was a woman who owns three Q shirts and a few hats. She and her husband were in the crowd right near where the whole Q baby thing happened years ago. She even ran a facebook group for Q wives that got banned back in 2020.

I was shocked and appalled that not only had she switched allegiance from a real man to some DEI hire, but that she was openly shoving it in her husbands face. She was a stay at home mom and homeschooled her six kids for 20 years all supported by her husband who works hard. And now, she's wearing a Kamala shirt around the house. It's shocking and such a betrayal. He told me that they barely talk anymore because he can't talk any sense in to her and is all yelled out from trying to force her to see the light.

After seeing a woman like that suddenly switch sides, I wouldn't be lying if I didn't say that it made me a little nervous.

One of my sons is in the air force and was in Afghanistan right before we abandoned those poor folks. He was flying troops to Italy and Germany so they could be deployed elsewhere under orders. He is six months from hitting 20 years as a pilot and he was told yesterday that when Trump wins his job is gone along with a handful of his other copilots and friends because they were there flying on the final few weeks. He has been die hard MAGA for a long time and it ended pretty suddenly. It's sad.

I just read how it is written and it says you only pay on it if you take loans against the unrealized gains because then you're using them as an asset. Also, it only applies if you make more than $2.2m a year in payroll.

Sadly, the exact opposite. They've got insanely large crowds. My brother works for the city up there and he told me the parking situation is a nightmare for 20 blocks in each direction around the area.

I went and looked up different times on the videos and this is 30 minutes before the speeches started: https://x.com/acnewsitics/status/1825705640641311221

FirstNet is just AT&T, but designed to be a separate network that will run for first responders when the other cell towers get clogged up during emergencies.

It has nothing to do with tracking GPS or anything like that, it's just a cell service.

Then why didn't Jim Jordan show that instead of saying that it was just a guess?

5
whataboutbobs 5 points ago +5 / -0

He claims to be a lawyer who has access to geotracking data, he's made claims like this every other month going back to the George Floyd riots. But he's never actually shown any kind of data and when pressed he demands money to show the data.

5
whataboutbobs 5 points ago +5 / -0

This is from Tony Seruga, he pops up every few months claiming to have special knowledge of GPS tracking and access to all kinds of data, but when pressed on it he always says that he will deliver the evidence next week, but he never provides it, he just lays low for a month then makes the same kind of claim again.

Tony has made all kinds of wild claims over the past few years and when he is called by media to discuss his claims he always asks for money to do an interview.

I'd take this with a grain of salt.

2
whataboutbobs 2 points ago +2 / -0

What I'm saying is why did they release this without all of the evidence? It's all out there, but they failed to include a single piece in this report, it's a rush job that will get blown off by everyone who needs to read it.

The evidence they point to is Hunter saying "10% for the Big Guy" but in the next sentence Jim Jordan even says he doesn't really know who the Big Guy is, they're assuming it is Big Joe. That's bullshit.

3
whataboutbobs 3 points ago +3 / -0

I just read through this, when it comes to the evidence part, they just skip over it, wtf are they doing, it's all out in the open and available

Is anyone else getting exhausted by these sort of things?

OMG Trump drank a glass of water, Q POST 132424 said watch the water, THIS IS HAPPENING RIGHT NOW!!!!

Then nothing happens.

Let's look at the reality of what is happening. Vance is flying around in a very old rental plane. Planes of that age require hundreds of hours of maintenance per year to stay safe/approved to fly. The older they are the more regulations they have to meet. Trump Force Two is almost 30 years old.

And, we're not even talking about pilot error, like when Trump's plane (Epstein's old plane) clipped another plane while heading to the tarmac.

All of the planes in Trump's campaign are 30+ years old, so it's not shocking they are having some errors and problems.

Maybe you should check again. You don't really seem like someone who has facts on your side after spouting off about the police pursuit law and not understanding it at all.
