FEMA was originally designed to bypass the Constitution, especially in an event of a nationwide emergency. It divides the country into 10 regions with each assigned a "manager" and FEMA acts as a provisional government. On March 13, 2020, Trump activated FEMA under his emergency declaration. Everything about how it functions could be totally secret if they desired. They can arrest and detain citizens without warrant and hold them without trial. They can seize property, food supplies, transportation systems, and can suspend the Constitution. They can hire their own private military and set up their own courts. FEMA is now headed by a former marine. Chad Wolf resigned from DHS, and now the FEMA director is also filling in for his position now.

Yes. Remember this has been a military operation the entire time. Trump just signed into it. The military wanted a coup under Obama, but figured doing it under Trump would look better in the eyes of the people.
FEMA always freaked me out...now it might be our saving grace.
I forget exactly how Q phrased it but I remember him saying something along the lines of how their ultimate weapon was going to be used against them to bring their demise. I think Q's biggest mission was to give us reassurance when we figured it out because it's scary to realize how much power they have, but it wasn't Trumps doing, and Trump (and the current director of FEMA) have sworn to protect and uphold the Constitution, and I have no doubt that Trump at least takes that oath very seriously.

Have to say, a government agency without constitutional oversight sounds very scary. I didn't even realize they can act without regard to the constitution. Having said that, if it helps right this ship, I'll begrudgingly support it.
It is scary but you have to remember, Trump didn't put that unconstitutional weapon into place. This is like the part in the movie where the hero gets a hold of the weapon that should've never been created and he uses it to defeat his near immortal enemy before destroying the weapon.

What are the odds that these two things are not a coincidence? What are the odds that this 'Zoom' inauguration is necessary because certain individuals have been arrested and would not be physically present. What are the odds that the 'inauguration' will instead be the broadcast of not only evidence of treason but confessions of those arrested individuals across national television, for an event that almost everyone in the country will be watching at the same time?
