The entire parade seemed emaciated. I am not enlisted but I did 4 years of ROTC and have been in my share of parades. Our COs would ream us for being out of step and I saw a lot of missteps yesterday. Before the Redcoat March was the trumpets and I saw 2 soldiers trying to get their footing proper up front, multiple soldier taking slower steps to match feet and the instruments themselves were underwhelming.
This is not a slam of the march or the soldiers, I'm just saying that almost all of them looked as though they didn't want to be there.

Interestingly and funnily enough when he goes back in, he says "salute the marines" by accident as the earpiece told him to do it but he mistakenly says it. There's video of this floating around.
