What if the weather can actually be manipulated and there really is a weather related storm coming into DC that was created by our military. All of the sudden, the 10th Mountain Division makes a hell of a lot of sense; "the only one of its size in the US military to receive intense specialized training for fighting in mountainous and arctic conditions."
