This is mostly because the entire cabal is circling the wagons around Biden in DC. They need to keep their puppet strings in place to keep control over what's going on. If Biden moves around then its hard for his masters to properly communicate with him without Q intercepting their coms.

Then they can set off an event mid flight(IE the coup in Burma) and record all the com traffic as Biden's masters check in to tell his team how to react and what they narrative will be.

Everyone smoozies with foreign ambassadors and the president of some country sits in the Oval Office for a presser.
