My suggestion to OP and the rest of you suffering similar symptoms as I have is to spend more time focusing on the things that bring you joy. I check for nuggets usually once at the end of the day now so I can spend more time with my newborn and my wife. Getting too sucked into the movie can be unhealthy. If you can and it’s not affecting your mental state then great! Keep on fighting the good fight! If not, back off some. It’s crucial to not fall prey to the exhaustion and overwhelming negative vibes by overexposure. I’ve made peace with the fact that the military will likely be moving forward with the plan regardless of whether or not I am here 24/7 looking for signs that it’s beginning. I trust in the plan and am doing my part by trying to be the example
