He used states rights as his excuse. But he was a Senator in the Federal Government and could have voted to stop the electoral college count. (Another block to keep us from becoming a banana republic) and he didn't do it. FWIW in 2016 I voted for Rand in the primary here in NC even thought he had already stepped down nstead of voting for Trump. Thank God Trump won my state. I sincerely regret my vote for Rand.

It's definitely been a tool to make us less civilized towards each other, when you can read expressions everyone just gets pissed at each other super easily and I've seen so many arguments break out over the littlest things.

I know there is a lot of hate thrown at Rand for not voting against certifying the results. But it was Pence who dropped the ball, lets not forget that. (Unless it's all part of the plan ?). Rand has been fighting the corruption and uniparty warmachine for years talking about the things that really matter, like the ballooning debt bubble that threatens to bring down the US and the rest of the world with it. He wanted a 10 day investigation into the election fraud, but conveniently the false flag orchestrated attack on the Capitol made that impossible. He's not one for for bending rules though. He's a straight shooter. Unlike Cruz who is obviously playing the game to get a chance at becoming President.

At the beginning, I didn't know what to think of Trump as a person. Then I marked two litmus tests: (1) He was able to work amiably with Rand Paul. (2) He became friends with Ron Carson. That was good enough for me. (Carson was my first pick, until Trump erupted on the scene.)

He's a Doctor and knows since he had it he is immune. Pain and simple. He does not buy the bullshit that there is no immunity after having it, immunity only lasts a month, etc.
