As someone who was on coumadin for 12 years I can confirm this. That shit is a roller coaster ride to maintain therapeutic levels.

You have my sympathy. They had my mother on blood thinners, and you could blow on her and cause bruises, and then every time we went to see the very doctors who had her on the blood thinner, they went through a whole inquisition about, "How did you get these bruises?" like my sister and I were possibly abusing her. What peaks my curiosity about this isn't necessarily that he has bruises, it's that he has bruises all over, his face and both hands. I remember seeing this a couple of months ago, he has multiple bruises on his face, that would be an odd place to have bruises, maybe on the hands as bumping them but the face, much less likely.
