Ok, no. You don't take an oath to an administration. You take an oath to the constitution or nothing at all. I'd have to see proof that he actually took an oath to the administration. And if so, then I call him a pussy. You NEVER take an oath to an administration. Period.

I got on and read that thread. He goes on to state that he had to take an oath to the administration not the constitution! You’re right what is up with this?

I was a Naval Officer, I took the oath several times, its not to the administration or the President. Guaranteed.
The Chiefs on my boat required all the enlisted men to carry a copy in their pockets in case they could not read cursive and complained that something is not fair. The word fair does not appear in the constitution. You are not even entitled to a "fair" trial by a jury of your peers, BTW.
Everyone should read that. Especially the states rights part. Maybe the states need to read it again, too. There's nothing in there about education. I'm also unclear as to what part of "shall not be infringed" in that pesky second amendment means to them. Isn't a restriction or a tax an infringement? Why aren't the states filing non-stop lawsuits over that? Why are the expecting the NRA to do their jobs?

Firearms should be taxed at the same rate as other purchased goods; not at a higher rate that has been created to try to gatekeep or lower the firearm ownership.
Rightful taxes are on non-essential goods. I would argue that a firearm (and the ammunition) is an essential purchase. Therefore, they should not be taxed.
Are military allowed to say anything bad about the administration, prior to or following this new “oath”? I have an Air Force buddy that rips on Democrats and Biden all day long on his socials. Just wondering if that’s something they would get reprimanded for.

There was no mention of Antifa or BLM during my DoD “extremism training” this morning. The proud boys, III%ers, and boogaloo boys were named however.
