The police department is nothing more than enforcement apparatus for whoever is in charge. When you have psychopaths running your government, it means that your law enforcement will do evil.

I’m hoping for an appropriate response from the TX Gov. I would think it would include barring BOA from doing business in TX after allowing its citizens to enter and withdraw all their funds under the protection of the National Guard.
