Wow, that was a nice post. I stayed over there a long time..Pam Popper is good. I know the President wanted to see the States take back their power. . .and perforce they're doing it!
One of the indicators was Florida Governor Ron DeSantis when talking by phone to Biden called him Joe, and Biden demanded he be addressed as President Biden or Mr. President: DeSantis told him to go f..k himself and hung down the phone.
Very refreshing to see state's rights in action.

This is the kind of law-backed "stand-up" policy making that we need more of. It is also a fantastic example that the American spirit is still alive and well, and that there are people out there doing what they can to fight back against the real fascism that threatens our nation. The left is in full approval-mode for their own little brand of technocratic and medical fascism; meanwhile projecting onto the other side as though they are the fascists.
Kudos to this Attorney for putting forth this effort. Oh, and...

Isn't New Mexico a blue state? Kinda surprised to see this coming from there.
(unless it's really not blue? can NM people verify if it's actually red or blue in population, it could easily be blue by fraud since that's what has happened to many states).
Most likely blue by fraud like Illinois, the people there seem to be getting increasingly frustrated.
About as Blue as Colorado so I was really glad to see some strong RP from there!

Anything that "VIOLATES FEDERAL LAW" these days seems to matter very little. With a court system that is compromised, feels like liberty for those who don't want the vaccine is in the wind.

I think you can...the cause of action arose wherever the person lives who was injured. Ask a local attorney by calling him on the phone.
The more valid lawsuits the better. Multiple plaintiffs are good. And they don't take as long as class actions which can go on for years, These "vaccine" proponents have practiced an immense fraud upon the people in several distinct ways, each causing grievous harm and many resulting in death.

Did you know that no person or entity can enforce any state, county, city munincipity codes, Laws, rules or regulations.
Mask laws and forced compliance is illegal and finable at 1 million for a person and 100 million for an entity.
My son just discovered the federal law governing this and has already put several box stores including costco. All served by paying $22.50 to a federal.marshall. no b.s.

The law covers co-ercion, such as threat of losing your job etc.
Especially as the vaccine is emergency authorization use, as per federal law they can't force you to take an experimental treatment. Also employers in general hate dealing with lawsuits, I've seen it in the past where someone who got fired under flimsy reasons was re-instated not even a week later once the company lawyer had a word with that manager. The person got a new job a few months later anyhow but since that incident seems that all managers were more hesitant to fire anyone without really, really good reason.
If any of the extant lawsuits prevail it will be very easy to sue the boots off any place that fires you.
I have seen people post on here they have lost jobs over this. I think this indicates they have a legal option to take action against an employer if so. If they know.

Your Welcome. Good luck in NM. It is going to take all of us to come together. I print flyers like this and keep them in my car. Whenever, I go somewhere I drop them in shopping carts, leave them behind at registers, public bulletin boards. Hopefully someone picks it up and reads before discarding. Keeps me from having to debate with the sheep.

I support Trump and always have and really believe that without Dominion voting machines we wouldn't have hardly any Demoncraps if office right now, especially our governor. BUT, I have lived here for the last 14yrs and enjoy the people, the weather and the sunshine, and of course the green chili grown here. It does have it's problems and if we get honest voting here we can change that! So I don't know what shithole state you live in but if it's NM and you feel like that then move your ass out!
Even before Dominion I've had problems with the winner takes the whole state system most states use for the electoral votes. We're way past the time where it could be votes per county and without Dominion no way would the Dems manage to game the system when in reality they can only win a handful of highly populated counties across the country.
Sure hope that translates to Georgia as well.
It doesnt matter if the government mandates the "vaccine" or not. They have destroyed small business and the only thing left is huge corporations that will enforce vaccinations and if you refuse, remove your ability to participate in the economy.

Just make sure you don't take those jabs...they don't do a damned thing except kill your immune system so the second of the two shots finishes the job.
