Technically you can, Google simply parses certain tags and reads the text or strings within.

It clearly says President of the United States since 2021. He holds no office in the bidan regime. If you look up President of the United States on google it shows bidan and Grenell. Maybe somebody trolling at google but still interesting ?.
Google gets its info from wikipedia. I think it's fixed on wikipedia now. It still shows up on google since a previous version of the page is cached. It'll update eventually. I remember a similar thing happened during an election fraud hearing.
