The looks I get in stores without me wearing a mask are worse now than before Abbott opened up Texas. I just do not understand the sheeple mentality. I will not wear the face diaper and I will take the burning daggers from their seething eyes. It is so ridiculous. Are people really this stupid? What happened to freedom-loving Americans who guarded their freedoms? All I see now is fearful idiots who will give up their rights to a made-up plandemic. It is disheartening to say the least. It is so depressing even going to the stores, I feel like I am in a medical ward. I yearn for the good ole days when people used their God-given brains.

Freedom loving Americans are mostly gone. What we have now are fat, overweight, unhealthy, McDonalds eating, diabetic, sheep that pass for Americans.

Edit: I realized many here probably suffer from Type 2 diabetes, and it's a bitch. Realize that it's almost completely up to you how manage it. A blessing, in a way, to T1. Also realize because of this actual pandemic of Type 2, endocrinologists are some of the most overworked, manipulated by their administration doctors, out there. Bar none. Chances are, they're going to offer you very little in the way of actual, productive help. Probably push a bunch of drugs on you. But just like high blood pressure medication is used to mask, and profit from, the epidemic of obesity, in most cases the real cure is simple. Diet and exercise. Learn about the glycemic index of food, basic nutrition in relation to carbohydrates, and how diet and exercise not only control weight and insulin resistance and requirements, but the efficiency in which your body processes carbohydrates and sugars. In fact a T2 diabetic owes it to themselves to understand the biology of a T1 diabetic, and apply it to themselves. You have a way out, take it.
If this were true none of us would be having this conversation right now. They'd have rounded us all up. The fact that they haven't shows they aren't in the majority or even particularly close. They need DESPERATELY for you to believe that they are.

I go to the school to pick up my kids. The parents are all standing outside on the lawn, all spaced apart...a good distance from each other. And every single parent has a mask on. Outside. On the lawn. In the fresh air. I’m the only one standing there with a mask. To wear one outside is beyond stupidity.
Yep! Lots of folk wearing masks in Lowe’s outdoor garden area, too. I do have to say, there were about 30% of customers who were maskless.
Yes, we were in line at Lowes and I looked up and the 5 people in front of me also did not have masks on. I spoke to the couple in front of me and they were just as happy as I was to see more people w/out them on. I guess it's a start.
I live in the dark blue state of Minnesota governed by Kim Jong Walz. He’ll keep the mask mandate probably until Christmas. I’ve had people in stores almost run away from me if I walk close to them without a mask. Remember the day we used to eat cake after someone just exhaled all over it? How the f’ck did we ever survive as a civilization ?
I'm in total agreement. Haven't complied, and have been confronted with stupidity for the better part of a year.
Went to Autozone today to try and find a part for a friend and was helped by a young black dude who was maskless. Thought to myself, "sweet, here's a guy who gets it", he was a complete idiot. got his manager to come over to try and help find the part I was looking for, but that dude was a moron also.
Sorry for the tangent, but I truly believe that these masks have made people more retarded/stupider than they were prior.

I live in SW Missouri, a state that never had a mask mandate. I'm also in a very rural, very red county that never had a mask mandate, and I'm appalled at the number of people I see wearing masks when I go to town. On the other hand, I drove by the grade school the other day when the kids were outside for recess, and I only saw two kids with masks and none on the teachers, so maybe there's hope.
This was Trump’s biggest fuck up! He NEEDED to PUSH BACK against the mask.

I live in N.E. TX & most of the people here are maskless, now. You drive to Dallas & they're still living in masks. You see them masked up by themselves driving alone or walking on the sidewalk all alone with no one around for miles. My spouse & I walk around without masks & I just ignore those around me. CVS in big cities or small towns make you mask up, but the local pharmacy in our small town, are maskless. I'm sad to see these people so scared to breathe dressy air.
Yup I'm in DFW and lots of morons driving around in masks. However, most of the time when I'm out without a mask, I notice a few people will see me and then lower or remove theirs too. Leading by example works, this is the we get everything back to normal.
They do here in FL, too. It's sad, really.
I've noticed, too, it's had a weird side effect for me. I no longer remember any specific identifying markers of the masked anymore. Indo with the unmasked, probably because I get to see their faces, their smiles, their agreement with remaining mask less. But, it's hard for me to remember what the masked look like, when I think about it.

I'm up in Lubbock and they are just friggin stupid with it. Those cloth germ bags hanging on their face are so gross. I don't mind the piercing dagger eyes. Consider the source. The hysteria is still quite fascinating. They just get deeper into the overkill idiocy every day. But we do have some restaurants, bars back open now with no masks required for workers and customers. Almost like normal. But still too few.

I'd say a good 50% of my area have stopped wearing masks even in places that have mask signs out. So far I haven't seen a single person being asked to put on a mask and myself have not been asked to wear a mask. Mask fatigue is real.
Here in my red county in Michigan every store has signs up and every person wears masks but there is zero enforcement anywhere. Ive never worn a mask and refuse to do so. I walk into these stores and nobody ever says a word to me. The occasional Karen shopper but nothing from employees or management.
I blow the Karens out of the water with truth and leave them stunned.
Just because a state dropped their mask mandate doesn’t mean the county, city or store no longer has one.
Missouri never had a mask mandate but the majority of people in Missouri had to wear one.
THIS is evidence of failure for a mass awakening of the general population. The DS-MSM is truly wining the battle for sheeple control. I also live in Texas and I very disillusioned now where getting rid of the mask wearing behavior is concerned. The DS has won the battle.
People might just not be ready to make the jump into being mask dissidents. But when you look at the declining ratings of Hollywood, TV news, nobody liking Joe Biden's videos, the NBA ratings in the finals being cut in half, etc. I am hoping behind the mask they are at least questioning the stupidity of it.

Pretty sure I heard it here first but one of my go to lines when a Karen says something to me is, "If you can pretend the masks work, then you can surely pretend I am wearing a mask."

I am in SE Texas and it seems to be about 50/50. I haven’t noticed any hateful glares, just regular shoppers trying to get through this crazy time the best they can. I will say that it is nice to meet someone’s eyes and smile and know that they see I am smiling at them. ?
If you believe that a mask actually provides some protection then you must also believe that goggles are of paramount importance to protect your eyes. When I got viral conjunctivitis, I didn't breathe it in through my mouth or nose!
