I tried telling my bro she should be proof the vaccines are no good but he won’t listen. He’s an independent but his socialist wife I think is poisoning his logical thinking.. all I can do now I guess is hope nothing bad happens to him

Having children, the lowest possible risk category, get the vaccine, has to be one of the most evil things all those involved with the plandemic are orchestrating! If teachers are afraid they might get it from a child, they should either get vaccinated or quit! There is absolutely no need for any child to get vaccinated, and really no need for anyone of good health under the age of 60 to get vaccinated. I'm 63, but I'm not going to get it, and I know plenty of older people who won't either.

I've been taking zinc regularly for about 8 years now and if I get sick, I am back to normal within a day or 2.
Supplements do work but they're not perfect.
The natural forms will ALWAYS be better than supplementing. If I could spend the entire day every day in the sun I wouldn't need vitamin d.
Also, some vitamins can only be absorbed in the presence of other things. Vitamin D needs Calcium, and vice versa, to be properly absorbed.
