Yes if enough people get fired for declining it, and go on unemployment insurance, the states will have to step in to not allow that, otherwise their unemployment funds will take a huge hit.
This case will become the landmark case that decides how far employers can go with regard to vaccines and most likely any medical procedure. A lot of people are watching it. Most likely there will be similar suits from other states which will be combined into one big case for SCOTUS to decide. My guess it will be fast tracked because of the numbers of people who will be affected.
All the "vaccines" except the J&J are gene therapies and not vaccines. All are authorized under Emergency Use Authorization Act and not legally approve by FDA. A person or entity shall not require a medical treatment or procedure of another with out voluntary informed consent. To "force" an experimental treatment upon another is a violation of international law (Nuremberg) and federal law.
All of the "vaccines" that are out right now follow the same exact mechanism, but with different delivery mechanisms.
The two shot vaccines deliver mRNA through what you can essentially think as microscopic oil bubbles, into your body. The bubble is there to protect the mRNA strands, which are extremely fragile (this is also why it must be kept in cold storage).
The J&J vaccine takes a different virus, inserts the mRNA into said virus, and then uses that to deliver the mRNA to your body. The virus protects the mRNA and makes it not fragile at all, so J&J can be stored easily.
All of these vaccines have the same exact end result, which is having mRNA which codes for the spike proteins being read by your cells, resulting in your cells creating those spike proteins in the protein factories, which is supposed to enable your immune system to learn how to respond to those proteins. So any potential problems with this whole system will be experienced by all of the vaccines.
I think we need a stickied post on your information with a sourced sauce. I cant find the source now but remember reading about it. All the other sources say it isn't mrna but I think you're right. Anyway the community is falsely spreading that though j and j is still harmful it isn't mrna tech and it is. I think you should make a post if you saved a link. Everything I'm seeing in duck duck now says otherwise but we need to stop the spread of this false news. Alot of trumpets who aren't fully redpilled are taking the JJ because they think it is a normal vaccine.
The best I have heard so far is -
1: There are some religious exemptions due to fetal stem cell use
2: There are some rare disease exemptions that make you unable to take it from some of the other ingredients.
I would find a covid conspiracy doctor low key and get him to diagnose you with one of those or give you some kind of waiver or even fake a card for you and just not sign himself so there is deniability. As far as I know HIPPA still legally means no one can force you to prove anything unless they have need for your medical records my law, not by some mandate. And even still I dont have to tell the VA what my private doctor does. It's up to me to send those records.
Yes I am aware of this and I'm familiar that none of them are technically FDA approved at this time. My question mainly centers around what if it becomes FDA approved later this year, and employers begin moving in that direction? These are the sorts of questions I'm hoping we can all discuss.
So if it is healthcare...they use credentialing vendor services, which are outsourced. You submit documents to the vendor, and they check the box that says you're all clear. As a rep, they require me to show proof of annual flu shot. I submit one from year's ago, it gets rejected. I send it a few more times, and eventually the lazy pawn behind a desk just clicks approved instead. Has worked for me for the past 3 years. May work for some.
Not likely to happen this year. The FDA requires certain long term studies to be completed before it is approved. I believe there is a 3 year study that has to be completed before it can receive full approval.
Based on what I've read about the approval process and the situation with the mRNA study failures, I don't think this will receive approval (not legitimately anyway) anytime soon.
They can't require the experimental vaccines without violation of the Nuremberg code. They can't discriminate at all based on your vaccine status. If they ask you, you don't have to answer. If you simply say "I'm not going to answer you," they can do nothing about it. Alternatively you can say you got it if you want. They can't force you to prove it. You can even say "I didn't get it and won't be partaking in this experiment," or "I'm in the control group for this experiment," (my personal favorite). If they discriminate against you for any of these answers, in any way, it is a crime against humanity.
I believe they can SAY anything they want, under the first amendment, but they can not actually fire you, or not let your kids go to school, or discriminate in any way, period. If they do, they can be charged with crimes against humanity.
That doesn't mean no one will cross that line ever, but they won't do it easily because it is a crime that carries with it the possibility of the punishment of death.
If there is any form of vaccine passport I would guess it's going to be an app on your phone and hard to fake. If I worked for a large company that was leaning this direction, I would start to document all conversations in regards to convid and the vaccine. I am not a lawyer, but I would bet that they can not fire you for refusing to take the vaccine because of laws we already have in place. If they do fire you, and you can prove that they did because of you refusal to take a vaccine, sue them.
Firstly, the shot is NOT FDA approved and according to federal law you cannot be forced to take the injection. If they tell you that is is "required" you may quit your job OR explain to them that it is not FDA approved and that forcing you to take it is a violation of the Numbers code that was established after WWII in the aftermath of the Nazi experimentation on unconsenting victims. And if they still try to insist inform them that any injury or damages that are inflicted on you will have legal recourse. This shut up my employer.
Depends on which state you are in.
Some states maintain a database of vaccinations.
In Texas, it's voluntary if you choose to have your vaccinations registered with the state... but if not, then you do have to show proof of vaccination when required.
Since you could get the Covid "vaccine" just about anywhere these days, including any pharmacy, many grocery stores offering them, in parking lot events, at hospitals, at city parks, at churches or other places... it's really difficult to track down if you actually got the "vaccine". It's a pretty haphazard roll-out of vaccination for 200 MILLION Americans over a 6-month time frame. They aren't keeping the best of records at this point.
Most private XYZ companies will have no way to validate your "CDC Card" if it looks legitimate. Due to medical privacy laws, many employers wouldn't be able to find out about your immunization records unless you choose to show them. If they called a doctor or hospital to request your records, they would refuse to divulge private information.
I merely presented a differing opinion from yours.
Do you really think if they wanted to enforce and punish (they do) they wont do that regardless of how individuals behave to try to resist their system?
I am sorry friend, but i have two kids and myself to protect, and i view forging a vax card to keep garbage out of our bodies as a completely reasonable response to the same system that is injecting sleeping alzheimers patients and screaming downs syndrome people with said vaccine.
I did not mean to mock you, but the idea that theyd stop ANYTHING bc we didnt resist is not valid anymore imo
I am going to make them fire me, if it goes that far.
Yes if enough people get fired for declining it, and go on unemployment insurance, the states will have to step in to not allow that, otherwise their unemployment funds will take a huge hit.
And I wouldn't put it past states like NY to require proof of vaccination to receive unemployment benefits.
Ooh damn, if that isn’t a wake up call that we are dealing with tyrants I’m not sure else would be.
There is a first of it's kind lawsuit currently in New Mexico which will make it's way through the chain to SCOTUS that you need to follow: https://apnews.com/article/public-health-lawsuits-coronavirus-pandemic-courts-new-mexico-47b5e8eb9d20eb7c1a3910f9ee1b3a98

Good info here, thank you.

WRONG. they all are mrna shots. just the way they insert it into the cells are different.

Nuremberg code. Cannot be forced or coerced until it is actually FDA approved...which it is not.
Yes I am aware of this and I'm familiar that none of them are technically FDA approved at this time. My question mainly centers around what if it becomes FDA approved later this year, and employers begin moving in that direction? These are the sorts of questions I'm hoping we can all discuss.

Nobody can hold you down and force it legally. But employers can then legally require it to stay employed.
I have a job that pays well above my skill level and I'm ready to walk out the door if it comes to it.
Also check out ICAN. They are doing legal challenges.

If you have to just find a doctor that will fill the card out for you and say he gave you the shot. try china town.
Takes well over a year for FDA approval. Until then, check out these resources:

And that may be for drugs but For vaccines it takes 7 to 10 years

If yiur employer requires it, he owns your body and can pay for the damages to his slave. Period. Pharma isn't responsible. Its a damn experiment.
Don't forge documents.
Phht
Why the hell not?
Social contract is broken. We're in 2008 Zimbabwe now. Anything goes.
Forgery gives the opposition the "justification " to enforce and penalize.
We already have HIPPA, we already have the Numerburg code.
We are not Zimbabwe. We don't win this war by stooping to underhanded tactics.
Oh maybe if we stop resisting theyll stop punishing us.
Lol.
This doesnt seem like intelligent, civil discourse to me.
I don't have to show civility to those who start with the mockery. Grow up.
I merely presented a differing opinion from yours.

Meanwhile they are winning via underhanded tactics.
Exactly this. Whats good for the goose...
Is it better to be judged by 12 or carried by 6?
or
Is the money worth being judged and losing your soul?
