As a retired principal, I have no problem saying that that teacher should be fired. Teachers' union would never allow it, but she has no place in the classroom.
And his attempt to reason with her was head banging. This is what we are up against folks.
Some old fuck tried to tell me unions were great.
I said, "they protect very evil people and allow them constant safety and access to our most vulnerable population".
"Only sometimes, that doesn't happen often" or some bullshit like that was his response.
I don’t have an issue with private sector unions, where we have a choice to do business with unionized companies or not.
The problem lies with public sector unions. They should be banned because we are forced into that relationship.

Not sure how long you've been retired for but teachers unions are a major reason "teachers" like this are in the class room in the first place. The teachers unions are shit and need to be abolished so "teachers" like this can't run and hide behind the union that will protect this type of garbage.
Georgia is a "Right to Work" state and we don't have a teachers' union. I'm grateful for the fact that if I needed to get rid of a teacher like that, I could do so through documentation and due process. Granted, the process usually took about 2 years, but it wasn't impossible.

I called out my liberal professor this week. She was preaching socialism and communism and she was wrapping up class and I raised my hand. I then stated "Don't you think its very contradictive how you teach at a private college which profits off of students and you are teaching communism" and she did not know what to say. All year we went from learning about slave trade, to the opium war in china and now communism and socialism. No one all year called her out, this week I got fed up and had to call her out. The class loved it. There are more people than not who do not agree with this bullshit
