So someone took screenshot, then drew red circles, then decided to take a terrible photo of that screenshot cropping out the date and other important bits that would have verified its legit

FYI - anyone can post on Craigslist and it can be pretty anonymous. Postings like this one circulated a lot leading up to 2018 election cycle and the Kavanaugh debacle and were never verified. This is not to say people don’t get paid to protest. Confirm sources before posting. Call or email and apply and see if it seems legit.
As someone who used to peruse paper newspapers to look for jobs, paid activism goes way back. I remember when I first saw them because it was first in the want ads under A for activism, right after all the accounting jobs.

There is a company called "Crowds on Demand" that does this stuff. They're out of L.A. and quite successful. Do an internet search and you'll see them tied to BLM protests, also January 6 paid actors.
