You can't be certain because of how much misinformation is floating out there right now. The best thing you can do is disregard the scaremongering and just take care of your own health. If you feel the vax won't help you then don't get it or if you feel your immunity can't take care of it then don't. If you live with or are immunocompromised people, then it may not hurt to get it.
The vaccinated will die 4 months to 2 years after the vaccination so I am not surprised at all. If they make it through this round they will not make it through the viruses in the fall. They no longer have an immune system working thanks to the vaccine so they will die from any minor virus.

As for the Ivermectin and HCQ I've seen conflicting reports on whether it works or not(the former seems to be more reputable whereas the latter is hit or miss from what I am reading.)
