Or maybe it was due to Dominion cheating and the sudden adding to the ballot of recreational marijuana that brought out the one issue, pothead vote and he knew he didnt have a chance so why not pocket his campaign treasure chest.

No it is a public University. One of the "Public Ivys". I did my engineering undergrad there. Once a source of pride it is now to my eternal shame that I donated money every year to a school that supports the evil.
When I went more than 60% of the school were kids from Michigan. Now if you arent top 5 in your class with a 1500+ SAT good luck getting in from in state. You may be lucky to get on the waiting list.The school now educates mostly Chinese and Saudis. Makes me want to puke.
