Play dumb and ask teacher questions. Get the teacher to try to explain to the whole class what the hell is he talking about. in the meantime collect videos showing him incoherent and senile.

Debate the premise. If the teacher/professor won't accept it, and grades him punitively, reach out to some lawyers and see if they are interested in pursuing legal action on his behalf against the school board. It's free to inquire.

Also, he should be recording and posting these classes publicly, so the professor/teacher can be shamed the same way he/she is most-likely shaming his/her students.
