It’s actually Q posting.
If i had to guess, i would guess it is either #3 or #4, but i am not in a position to technically verify that now.

I think this is definitely referencing the new B post, but you’re right, not every tweet needs to reference a Q post. Some of them are certainly a stretch.

I’ve heard someone mention military tweets convert to military time and Scavino, Pompeo, etc tweets are just EST. May or may not be true, but worth noting.
So are Q posts that end in 00-59 more valuable or usable than the ones which end in 60-99? Because of time stamps?
That'd be an interesting study; your premise makes sense. If Q intended us to timecode like that, posts that are >60 last digits should be duplicates or something?

I never took any of the time code stuff terribly seriously. Once in a while it will match up spookily well, but for any plausibility in my mind there had to be the other stuff.
