Sorry, but who exactly wanted humans to be sheep? Lucifer. If you ever read the book of Job you would know this because the entire premise revolves around Lucifer trying to convince God that giving us free will was a bad idea.
I think you need to pray for discernment when you read the scripture. Start at the beginning, forget what you have been told, pray and read. If you are sincere in wanting the truth, it will be shown to you.
God doesn't require your submission. If he wanted you to do A, B, and C without choice, you would do exactly that! He is all-powerful, whether we like it or not. He gave you freewill because he wants you to have it. But he also created a system of justice, and you will suffer the consequences of the misuse of your freewill. God disciplines you like a loving father. The cabal abuses you out of malice and evil. If you really have read the Bible, you failed to understand much of it. You are being misled.
No? That isn't at all what the book of Job says. God does not interact with humans directly so he does not do things to people like you're suggesting he is.
I was mostly speaking about the assumption that God is who allowed Lucifer to punish Job. God did not, since he gave both humans and Lucifer free will. This ^ (truth). This thread has been in a sense painful to read. The Bible has been around before Catholicism existed, it is true that the Council of Nicaea finally assembled the Bible in 300~ad, however copies of each book were floating around long before then. The copies of what is in the current Bible were chosen based on numbers of copies along with accuracy. Accuracy determined by copies having exact same wording, looking for handwriting and changes made afterwards, all to say if it makes the cut into the Bible, and the numbers are overwhelming in that the Bible today (available nearly anywhere) is the actual correct books of the Bible God intended us to have. The reformation in the 1500’s was a turn away from Catholicism and a turning to the scriptures. The reformers wanted each of us to have the Bible in our own language so we could make up our own minds and have discussions about the Bible, the Catholic Church vying for power did not want that to happen, similar to the cabal not wanting people to do there own research. To close, the NT is full of references to our freedom in Christ’s sacrifice, and our slavery to sin, which Satan wishes us all to be slaves to sin. Therefore, be free in Christ, do those things which are good for you. Another final point, you (OP) are confusing the covenant of works with the covenant of grace. Works=enslaved to the law due to its legal demands. Grace=God’s Riches At Christ’s Expense, Christ paid the demands to set us free. If the Son shall set you free, you shall be free indeed!
You deserve credit for having the courage to post this while obviously knowing it would be controversial. Your questions and concerns are valid and in many ways I wonder the same sort of thing. We're in an upside-down world right now and it is probably very wise to be reassessing one's beliefs.
I don't think the bible can be judged as one book. I think it is a hodge-podge of many different writings with many different meanings of various words. For example, I think in some cases the word "Lord" could refer to a landowner, just like we casually use the term "landlord".

So translations for many years have been based off of previous translations, thus all of the errors. Looking at versions like ESV, NIV, and HCSB (I know someone who worked on this one personally), they use the original manuscripts and the best translations available. Why are they worded differently with different translations? The words may not exactly translate or the phrasing may make sense in Hebrew or Greek, but not in English, this allows for a bit of differentiation. Do you go for most word for word, or phrase for phrase. I personally prefer the ESV, as it is most close to word for word, then turning those words into speakable/readable sentences.
You really need to re-read your scriptures if you think Yahweh wanted human sacrifice. He repeatedly told how this was what the pagans did for their gods and how he despised it. I would, if at home, send you the scriptures. Yahweh tells us plainly over and over again that there is only one god and that is himself, and that we are to have no other gods but him.
Do you not want the evil satan worshipping child molesters destroyed from this planet? Think of that when you ask about the flood. The people were beyond redemption just as these evil people are today.

Is there a difference between a bully punching you in the nose to take your lunch money and that same bully's father spanking him as punishment to teach him not to hurt people and steal from them?
The Great Flood was the result of The Fallen Ones and Transhumanism! The Fallen Ones were mating with Human women and producing Transhuman offspring! Giants, Centaurs etc.! So, GOD destroyed all beings in the Flood except Noah and His family, because they were Righteous and walked with GOD. We all are related from Noah's lineage!
God set forth a rulebook for mankind to follow. The key evidence is in Kosher dietary law - it protected man from consumption of potentially harmful foods. On top of that, the rulebook said that above everything, our duty was to go forth and multiply - to avoid sexual immorality (which is destroying the concept of marriage today), and to turn away from ideological extremists. Like Marx, or Hitler.
Lucifer, on the other hand, was jealous of mankind. He wanted to turn it into something which God detested, and we see him performing his work to transform humanity into an abomination.
Do you really think God is evil considering the evidence? A forceful disciplinarian father, maybe - but "evil" is far from the reality.
What the hell are you talking about?
Lucifer did not tell Adam and Eve how to gain free will. They already had free will.
Lucifer told them that getting the knowledge of good and evil was somehow the same as gaining knowledge. It is not.
You can understand that abusing some drugs can be very addictive and lead to death. You do not have to know the KNOWLEDGE of being addicted to those drugs.
You can also abuse these drugs and know the KNOWLEDGE. That is what Lucifer gave them
The knowledge of good and evil is the knowledge of truth and lies.
Adam and Eve gained knowledge of lies the same way. They "gained" the knowledge of fear.
Human Sacrifice? Are you referring to Abraham? Do you know what the culture was at the time of Abraham?
All those religions required Human Sacrifice. God called Abraham out from that.
He said to Abraham take your son who I GAVE YOU WITH A PROMISE THAT THROUGH HIM GOD WOULD DO MIGHTY THINGS.
Abraham trusted that even if God struck Issac down he would raise him up. God then showed Abraham that Human Sacrifice was not part of Gods plan.
The other religions were following Lucifer with their human sacrifice.
Maybe the human sacrifice you are referring to is the Sacrifice of Jesus on the cross?
If you really knew anything about the bible you would realize that it was required that Jesus die NOT BECAUSE GOD DEMANDED IT BUT BECAUSE MAN WOULD NOT BELIEVE HE WAS LOVED COMPLETELY WITHOUT IT.
It is one thing to "read the bible" it is quite another to dwell on it and ponder what God is showing each of us that choose to seek.
Free will is not the freedom to do whatever you want. An animal can do that. Free will is ALL about choosing to walk in truth or walk in a lie. Walking in The truth sets us free. Walking under the lie condemns us to live a life of fear. The world is doing that now.
As far as the catholic church is concerned I believe that the symbol of Jesus still on the cross is a way of mocking Jesus. as far as the world is concerned Jesus died for nothing.
I know what you are doing and you think you are so smart. what you are really showing is you have no clue what the bible is about. If you did read it you view it with as law with no mercy. in your arrogance, you think you know everything. In fact, you are walking in a lie.
Wake up and be free.
Disagree. The crucifix is to remind us of the great sacrifice given for humanity. If we stop to ponder the horrible death Jesus suffered, we can see what God sacrificed for our salvation. Nothing about that is mocking Jesus.
This sounds a lot like what the free masons teach at the higher levels. Alister Crowly was a very high fee mason strangely enough and he wrote about sacrificing children.
Wants us to be animals? God created us in His image and to have dominion over the animals. If God wanted us to be animals without freewill, that is exactly what we would be. He is the all-powerful creator. He doesn't need your permission. He doesn't need to break you over time like the Devil. When Jesus commanded the storm to stop, it stopped immediately. God does not need to play games. The Devil does, and that is why he is known as the Father of Lies. And I'm afraid that Master Liar has twisted up your thinking. Go back to the Bible. Pray. Seek God. Do not let the Devil manipulate your mind.
Lucifer wanted to cause diseases on Job, not God. God allowed it as proof that His servant would remain faithful in this life for the reward of eternal life awaiting him, promised by his God.
Logical flaw #1:
“If the Vatican is evil, why would they convince us to worship the good guy?”
If you know anything about the Vatican, they do not want people worshipping Yahweh. Far from it. The Vatican is satanic at its core. The great hall in the Vatican is basically the head of a viper. The pope’s throne essentially is at the foot of a serpent. There are stories of child ritual satanic sacrifice that takes place underground at the Vatican. Etc.
Logical flaw #2:
“I was brainwashed into disregarding all the cruel things Yahweh did to humans...”
First of all, Yahweh didn’t do cruel things the humans. Where is that in the Bible you said you’ve read many times?
Logical flaw #3:
“Lucifer turned against Yahweh...”
Why did Lucifer turn against Yahweh? And it’s not because he was trying to give Adam and Eve free will. God already gave Adam and Eve free will. They had the free will to choose to obey God or not. Lucifer turned against God because Lucifer felt he deserved the worship and praise that only God deserves and he was jealous of God’s newer creation mankind. That’s why Lucifer will do anything to destroy God’s favored creation mankind. I suggest you go back and re-read the Genesis account of Adam and Eve,
Logical flaw #4:
“ Wasn't it Yahweh who wanted human sacrifice?”
No! God never wanted human sacrifice! The old Abrahamic covenant sacrificed ANIMALS not humans because a sacrifice and the shedding of blood is necessary for the atonement of sins. This was a foreshadowing of the ultimate sacrifice that was to come. The only human sacrifice God wanted was the sacrifice of his only son Jesus Christ because Christ’s sacrifice was the only sacrifice sufficient to cover the sins of all mankind.
It’s complete hubris and arrogance to think the the God of creation who created the universe, angels, mankind, all life, etc. owes us, his creation, anything let alone an explanation of His actions. That’s the same sin Lucifer had wheN it was written “he was found to have inequity within him”.
I suggest you go back and re-read the Bible you said you’ve read many times because obviously you have completely misunderstood it.
The Bible if full of verses that explain Dark to light:
“For God, who said, “Light shall shine out of darkness,” is the One who has shone in our hearts to give the Light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Christ.”
I Corinthians 4:6
“But you are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for God’s own possession, so that you may proclaim the excellencies of Him who has called you out of darkness into His marvelous light”
I Peter 2:9
“Then Jesus again spoke to them, saying, “I am the Light of the world; he who follows Me will not walk in the darkness, but will have the Light of life.”
John 8:12
“to open their eyes so that they may turn from darkness to light and from the dominion of Satan to God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins and an inheritance among those who have been sanctified by faith in Me.’
Acts 26:18
When Q talks about dark to light, he/she/they are not talking about turning to Lucifer. They are talking about turning from the satanic evils that have overtaken this world and turning to the light of God in Christ. Q has also posted this verse:
“Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places. Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. Stand therefore, having girded your waist with truth, having put on the breastplate of righteousness, and having shod your feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace; above all, taking the shield of faith with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked one. And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God
Ephesians 6 : 12-16
Careful, friend. What you wrote is straight up false doctrine that amounts to Luciferian/Satanism. God gives you freewill. And when you misuse it -- like by thinking you know better than Him -- you suffer the consequences. You are NOT God. He created you and everything. Re-read what you wrote with an eye to your own pride and hubris. We are fortunate that the all-powerful creator God loves us and has our best interests at heart. It is a no-brainer to follow Him as our Heavenly Father. You are running the risk of falling in the same trap as Adam and Eve.
This dude knows his Bible, and he has been calling out Satan super hard.
TLDW: Lucifer was the primary cherub who announced the Good News of God's doings to the world. Before the creation of Adam, he received a revelation from God to announce the coming of Man, with whom God will share his divinity. As head angel on Earth, you can see how Lucifer wouldn't like that very much. He protested before God and challenged such a notion. When he didn't get his way, he led rebellion of a 3rd of the angels against God.
The most powerful thing in all this is that Robin Bullock claims Lucifer was set to be the personal angel (guardian angel if you're Catholic) of Jesus. In Catholic teaching, every person has a guardian angel that is exclusive to that person's needs.
Personally, I figure that St Michael the Archangel became the assigned Guardian Angel to Jesus.
Jesus doesn’t need angels to protect Him. He is God, proof? Satan brings him to a high tower asking him to jump to have an angel protect him, he declines to jump, the proof for that very same temptation that the angel was not needed was the previous temptation, having Jesus turn rocks into bread. He’s God, of course he could have, he chose not too, because he was not morally weak like non-God-man (every other human ever). Another consideration is when Peter cuts off the high priest’s ear and Jesus mentions the legions of angels He could call to do battle at His very Word. They angels are very subservient to Him. If Jesus wanted to come down from the cross he could have (like the mockers mocked). All of this to say, Jesus chose to fulfill God’s Word. He needs no protector, He is the Judge eternal, and will stand at God’s right hand on that frightful day. He will also stand beside His beloved and cover them with His blood, so that they will me made righteous.
Human in all ways, limitations and all. His Faith in the Father allows Him to perform miracles, not his human shell. As He is inheritor of all His Father's holdings, He is given authority because of His perfect Faith.
Which means, He even gets his own personal guardian angel. Did he need one? Probably not. But it comes with being human. It isn't just to defend you. It is there to comfort you when you are all alone. It is there to ferry messages to and from God ("angel" translates to "messenger of god").
Seriously, watch that video. This isn't some heretic, he knows his Bible.
Bullock goes through all of what you said with the 40 days temptations.
Satan was tempting/tricking Him to become ruler of the lesser kingdoms:
Earth, Plant, Beast, Angel.
If He fell for any of the temptations, His authority would have been relegated to the lesser kingdoms and not ALL kingdoms, as full inheritor of the Father's estate and authority.
There was a 0% chance Jesus would die prior to His Father's calling to die his death on the cross, how do we know? Jesus foretold it many times. There is no proof in the Bible that God assigns an angel to each of us. He may use angels at His will, and He is not bound by time and space limitations, and neither are angels (as far as I'm aware, thinking of angels popping up in places than disappearing). Verses that speak of ministering angels do not qualify the "guardian angel" idea. I find no hard scripture, I don't think it would ever matter if you believe one way or the other, but I don't believe it's true, because of the lack of substantiating evidence. I would argue the infant baptism has a stronger case. The problem with the idea of a "guardian angel" is that, in a sense, someone could end up worshiping that angel, or depending on the angel (at least in their head) instead of depending on God. It's not the belief in the guardian angel that is inherently evil, you just put yourself in a dangerous position. This is the same reason I disagree with catholics about dead saints. No where does the Bible tell you to pray for dead people or ask dead people to pray for you, in fact, the closest thing to that you could find is probably Saul asking Samuel about God's will for an upcoming battle. God was not amused. What is that last point you are talking about? If He [Jesus] succumbed to any sin whatsoever, 1. He would cease to be God 2. His "righteousness" (I put righteousness in quotes because it's not possible to have righteousness with the stain of sin) would only be enough to cover His own sin (again, were that even possible for Him to sin). 3. We would all be without hope because of the former point. 4. Because of 2 and 3, Christianity would have failed long before the council of Nicaea and the Bible as we know it today would not exist, and we would still be awaiting a Savior, as promised in Isaiah. Fortunately or more correctly, Providentially, we have a perfect savior. Did He suffer human frailty, yes, did he know hunger, yes, did he know the feeling of a sunburn, yes, did he feel great sorrow, yes. Many things like that are true, but to place ANY sin upon him is blasphemy and to deny his Godhood from day 1 of his life on earth is to deny the scriptures. If you want a phenomenal speaker to hear more about this. Listen to RC Sproul (senior, not junior). He speaks on many issues, (I mean, he is dead now, and Lord willing he is now in heaven) things like transgender issues, voting for Trump (he's pro-Trump by the way), and dismantles the entirety of the catholic church (handily). He is probably the best speaker on Christianity I've ever heard, and I only heard of him shortly before his death, I never got to meet him, nor hear him speak live. His way of preaching is more of a teaching style (chalkboards). Give him a listen, you'll be amazed.
I think this is why it is important to not associate Q with religious stuff. There are several assertions that are incorrect. I am only going to list a few they may not be in order of appearance.
Wasn't it Yahweh who wanted human sacrifice? No actually human sacrifice is not acceptable at all.
Lucifer told Adam and Eve how to gain free will. This angered Yahweh (who wanted humans to be sheep?) this not correct Adam and Eve already had free will thus they chose to eat of the forbidden fruit. In some theology the fruit was for Adam and Eve to eat with God at a specific time. The serpent tempted Eve to eat it before its time.
The last thing they want is humanity collectively having free will. That is not correct. God purposefully created man with free will and gave him dominion over the Earth.
In the old stories, Lucifer turned against Yahweh. No he wanted to replace God.
I don't recall any stories of Lucifer being so cruel. Consider every pagan religion that created some cruel ritual or practice was created by "the devil".
I would encourage you to read a non-catholic bible. Keep studying.
Roman catholicism is filled with idolatry and heresy. They have strayed far from Christianity over the years.
Who cares what the Vatican thinks. They are not the be all end all. Stop listening to the pope. Just pick up a Bible and read. Pray to the Lord and read again.
The pope does NOT and NEVER will speak for the Lord. The Lord has already spoken to us. The Bible is sufficient.
Stay away from Roman Catholicism and other cults masquerading as Christianity.
That's why God is nameless. Don't pray to a title, pray to God; there is only one GOD.
This has been theologically been beaten with a hammer by both theologicalists, physicists, and scientists of varying degrees. And the grand conclusion is even if their was a pantheon of deities there can only really be one unifying god.
Don't get caught up with the play on word nonsense.
This is exactly what could happen, and WILL happen in the future.
A LOT of you will fall into new age for your lack of knowledge and faith.
It's like listening to teenagers who just discovered "Zeitgeist" in 2007, or Eve in the Garden being deceived by the Serpent , your "light bringer".
ffs.
Let no one in any way deceive you, for it will not come unless the apostasy comes first, and the man of lawlessness is revealed, the son of destruction.
2 Thessalonians 2:3
But I am afraid that, as the serpent deceived Eve by his craftiness, your minds will be led astray from the simplicity and purity of devotion to Christ.
2 Corinthians 11:3
For false Christs and false prophets will arise and will show great signs and wonders, so as to mislead, if possible, even the elect.
Matthew 24:24
But evil men and impostors will proceed from bad to worse, deceiving and being deceived.
2 Timothy 3:13
But the Spirit explicitly says that in later times some will fall away from the faith, paying attention to deceitful spirits and doctrines of demons,
1 Timothy 4:1
Let no man deceive himself. If any man among you thinks that he is wise in this age, he must become foolish, so that he may become wise.
1 Corinthians 3:18
The Old Testament is about the old gods of earth. How is a loving merciful omniscient God prone to outbursts of anger, violence, jealousy, genocide, revenge? The ‘gods’ of the bible are the Annunaki/Sumerian/Babylonian ‘gods’. The devils greatest trick and triumph is convincing the world to worship him as ‘God’.
Well, I'll throw another wrench in this conversation. According to some writings, both Yahweh and Lucifer were actually extraterrestrials who were two of several that were here for their own purposes, one of which appears to be the enslavement of humanity.
This is basically what the Freemasons and other Gnostics teach…
Catholics aren’t worshiping yhwh, they are worshipping Mary, who in fact is the image of Semiranis. They’ve taken old mystery religion paganism and fused it with Christianity to keep the same old cult of the goddess going.
Not all Christians are Catholic and not all Catholics are Christians. You've heard of Republicans in Name Only (RINO)? Well, there are also Christians in Name Only. Do not follow a man or a human institution. Follow God. You can participate in human institutions while following God even though they are imperfect.
Also, the Vatican’s translation is known as possibly the worst translation of the Bible, maybe only 2nd to Thomas Jefferson’s Bible with cut out passages of scripture he didn’t agree with.
2cor 1:13-15
For such people are false apostles, deceitful workers, masquerading as apostles of Christ. And no wonder, for Satan himself masquerades as an angel of light. It is not surprising, then, if his servants also masquerade as servants of righteousness. Their end will be what their actions deserve.
I'm not religious (yet), but I like that, thanks fren.

The Bible New Testament is from Catholics. You need to learn about where the Bible came from.
What? Where did you even get this from?
You deserve credit for having the courage to post this while obviously knowing it would be controversial. Your questions and concerns are valid and in many ways I wonder the same sort of thing. We're in an upside-down world right now and it is probably very wise to be reassessing one's beliefs.

That is what Lucifer gave them The knowledge of good and evil is the knowledge of truth and lies.
This!
This sounds a lot like what the free masons teach at the higher levels. Alister Crowly was a very high fee mason strangely enough and he wrote about sacrificing children.
"worship the good guy" By:
Stop with the what if's. Breathe. Go outside.
They mock God by committing these evils in his name. To defile his children and creation.
I'm not going to get into a bible quoting war with you. If you think God is the devil then please, rape all the male kids you'd like.

Logical flaw #1: “If the Vatican is evil, why would they convince us to worship the good guy?”
Etc.
Logical flaw #2: “I was brainwashed into disregarding all the cruel things Yahweh did to humans...”
First of all, Yahweh didn’t do cruel things the humans. Where is that in the Bible you said you’ve read many times?
Logical flaw #3: “Lucifer turned against Yahweh...”
I suggest you go back and re-read the Genesis account of Adam and Eve,
Logical flaw #4: “ Wasn't it Yahweh who wanted human sacrifice?”
You are a liar and a deceiver.
About what?
The Bible if full of verses that explain Dark to light:
“For God, who said, “Light shall shine out of darkness,” is the One who has shone in our hearts to give the Light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Christ.” I Corinthians 4:6
“But you are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for God’s own possession, so that you may proclaim the excellencies of Him who has called you out of darkness into His marvelous light” I Peter 2:9
“Then Jesus again spoke to them, saying, “I am the Light of the world; he who follows Me will not walk in the darkness, but will have the Light of life.” John 8:12
“to open their eyes so that they may turn from darkness to light and from the dominion of Satan to God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins and an inheritance among those who have been sanctified by faith in Me.’ Acts 26:18
And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God Ephesians 6 : 12-16

Watch the whole thing.
Anyway, Robin tells it better than me.
First off, Jesus is human in all ways but sin.
You don't want to hear it, but even Jesus pooped.
Really, watch that video. It blew my mind.
Thanks,
Q associated Q with "religious stuff" in the drops...
The beauty of the Reformation
Thank goodness for it! Unfortunately there a still a lot of people stuck with their heads up the popes you-know-what.
FYI, "God" and "LORD" are both titles, not names.
Facts
But the Spirit explicitly says that in later times some will fall away from the faith, paying attention to deceitful spirits and doctrines of demons, 1 Timothy 4:1
Let no man deceive himself. If any man among you thinks that he is wise in this age, he must become foolish, so that he may become wise. 1 Corinthians 3:18
GTFO
This is basically what the Freemasons and other Gnostics teach… Catholics aren’t worshiping yhwh, they are worshipping Mary, who in fact is the image of Semiranis. They’ve taken old mystery religion paganism and fused it with Christianity to keep the same old cult of the goddess going.
Sounds like you’d enjoy The Nag Hammadi.
Old texts like that can be fun to read, but take it all with a heavy grain of salt... pretty sure those guy’s were hitting the shrooms a bit too hard.
Lucifer was lying saying we could be like GOD, we are humans and knowing that os half the battle
Lol
