The one good point made on that thread is that watermarks for Maricopa ballots hasn't been shown to be real and until then, it would be best to speculate this pic is an example of how future ballots could be watermarked.

Yeah, this is how they operate, my friend does the same thing. I'll inform him of something and he'll not know anything about it, then ten minutes later I'll get some copy pasted crap that supposedly 'debunks' it. They never even consider that it might be true.
