He graduates this year, and is at arguably the toughest military school in the country (not an academy). He's worked his ass off to get this far. Also, this is a coordinated thing- I would probably be hard pressed to find a college not doing it. This needs to be fought everywhere at the same time- not by one person at a time. That's my opinion. I am just starting to research options.
I don't know what he teaches, but he should look into small liberal arts colleges. While the locations can be more remote, the goal is more often the complete education and intellectual development of the individual. More conservative campuses.
He could tutor online with his credentials and make tons of money freelancing. There's one option.
If he's smart and decent with computers, he could study networking and other certifications during his downtime and transition into tech as well. Plenty of money to be made in that field as long as you're willing to put the work in.

This is exactly what we are worried about. They are VERY hostile to religious exemptions. We are worried he will be denied tenure if we go that route.

I think this is the way to go if we can swing it. We currently don't see a Dr or anything so we'd have to find one.

If he vaxes he could be dead within 2 years but collect his income for that time possibly tenured.
If he does not vax depending on his age now he could enjoy income for maybe 20 years, though less because not tenured, instead may teach on his own.
